Do NOT do business with this company!  And be wary as they do business under several names (I thought I was dealing with Decor66.  It wasn't until I received order confirmation that I knew that it was really Home Annex.com). I then read all the horrible reviews and was concerned that I would end up as their next victim. But I did hope for the best anyway; unfortunately, my experience played out exactly like so many others have described.  They hook you with really great prices and assurances that your items are in stock and will be delivered promptly - then the lies begin.  When you call to check on the status of your order, you are told that there's a "slight delay".  When you try to cancel your order, you are told "Too late!" because the items are already in transit.  They tell you that they charge a 25% restocking fee in the event of an order cancellation to further discourage you from canceling.  When asked for a tracking number, they say they will email it to you the next day, but it never comes (because there is no tracking number!). Four days after I placed my original order, I told Home Annex to cancel it anyway.  I also contacted AMEX and told them what was going on and to begin an investigation into the matter.  Meanwhile, I am getting emails saying that the items I ordered will be available in 6 weeks!  Attempts to call Customer Service were a nightmare of waiting on hold 30 minutes or so, each time.  Three weeks after my order cancellation,  I got a UPS shipping confirmation for one of the items.  I called Home Annex and said that I was refusing delivery, and would not be responsible for the shipping charges, either!  Miraculously(Ha Ha )they were able to stop the shipment (this I found out on the UPS website - not thru any word from them).  About 1 month after this whole mess started, I received an email from Customer Service saying that they would issue a refund to me - but it was not for the full amount due!  I emailed back explaining what the correct amount of the refund should be.  I never got a response.  Apparently, they never even responded to the AMEX investigation, so I have just now been credited back the entire amount (more  $2300!) by AMEX.  Please save yourself the incredible aggravation and trouble, and do not do business with Home Annex.  If you have the misfortune to have already ordered something, get your CC company involved ASAP.  They seem to be able to get your money back quicker than trying to do it on your own.
