I had a great experience with Home Annex. Customer service was very helpful when I called with a concern and shipping was fast and efficient. I would definitely buy from them again. They have a great selection of lamps with the lowest prices I have found. After looking around online I found the same lamps at other stores well above Home Annex's prices.

They did email me when the item was being shipped and I was able to track it online. The shipping was also much quicker than expected. I did call to check on a second order I placed and customer service was very helpful and polite. The representative was able to answer all of my questions and was knowledgeable in her job. She was also able to track for me where the order was in the shipping process, and was able to know when the order would be shipped by communicating with the warehouse.

In addition Home Annex has a huge selection of lamps ranging in prices and they make it very easy to search for items in your price range. Although i only bought two lamps from this site, they offer other houseware items that I will eventually shop for through this website.

Overall Home Annex was a great online buying experience and I would buy from them again, and due to their prices they will be the first place I check before shopping around.
