I ordered Danze kitchen and bathroom faucets and Santec bathroom faucets, shower and tub fixtures and other plumbing supplies for a new house. Great customer service for helpfulness in ordering and price quotes, great products, great prices, well below what our plumber had quoted us. Excellent delivery by UPS; everything arrived before I expected and in excellent condition except one item.

I have one problem with scratches on one faucet so I am hopeful it will be taken care of in a timely manner, and that I get a perfect faucet replacement, since the problem was not caused by HomeAnnex, it was due to poor packaging in shipping from the manufacturer. Although I do not have my RGA # yet, I have heard from them about the problem.

I would definitely be cautious ordering from them again. We had several conversations before I placed my final order and never did I feel that I was imposing on them, nor were they anything but kind and generous of their time spent with me on the project. Everything was always handled in a timely manner and very professionally. They worked hard to make my buying experience a pleasurable one. Their selection of products was better than many home centers I went to, and their prices were definitely hard to beat. The free shipping was an added bonus.

However, there is a post script to this wonderful order. My Danze problem has never been resolved. I still have two scratched handles and I have now been waiting since March for a replacement. I talked to someone at GlobalUnion and at HomeAnnex and everybody says the parts are out of stock. If this were my company, I would be out of business by now with something out of stock for so long. I really do not know what to do because I have no recourse. I have the faucets, I am waiting for a UPS calltag (which may never come), I have called two different customer service numbers and written several emails to no avail.

The positive side is that the Santec products arrived perfectly and are beautiful, and I saved over $2000 ordering from them. So, I guess buyer beware.
