Jamie at HomeEverything gave me excellent service and quick responses. The Company was easy to work with. Any negative responses above are triggered by the fact that my merchandise was received with significant damage and it took alot of time on my end to get it straightened out. Would I buy from homeeverything again? Based on service, yes. Would I ever buy an appliance on the internet again? Absolutely not. No one wants to take responsibility for damages and it is impossible to determine who damaged it. Once damaged, returns will not be accepted and you can't always tell by the packaging whether it is damaged.

We chose the dryer based on a recent Consumer Reports recommendation. Price was excellent, dryer arrived on time, my call to customer service when there was no heat in the dryer was frustrating, but eventually we understood what she told us. Upon going back to the Home Everything website and examining the return policy, I was very glad that it was a house electrical problem because the dryer would not have been returnable!
