We were looking for products for our new kitchen a range a matching microwave and range hood. Stumbled upon Homeeverything.
Talked to customer service, and got great guidance regarding what I should buy, there was no pitch to upsell. The quality of the items at the price they offered is definitely unmatched anywhere I had searched. Thank you.

I had contacted customer service on 12th February about my order, as the price on it was somehow wrong, but still they weren’t hesitant to admit their mistake and they promised to ship me the product on the price tag it was on display.
 
I was new to Homeeverything as a co-worker recommended I look on it for my the new Electrolux Refrigerator which I wanted to buy for my new home. The local dealer didn't have the refrigerator for weeks, and Homeeverything had many accessories that go with the refrigerator on display at their website with free shipping.
Customer service is great as My shipping address was different then my billing address, I was asked to call customer-service. They inquired for more information.
Later that day, I called again, to see where my refrigerator was, and  They gave me a tracking number right away. It had just shipped.

Awful, terrible!  Bought a dishwasher from them.  Received it damaged from transit.  Per email instructions from Home Everything, I had to call them within 24 hours.  Called within this window and was assured they would file a claim with freight company and my money would be refunded.  2 weeks, then 3 then a month - heard nothing from Home Everything and they didn't respond to my numerous emails.  I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone or return my voicemails.  Finally, disputed it through my credit card.  They fought and lost because I kept documentation of everything they promised and failed to follow through on.  If you buy from them, make sure you keep your records.  Seems like the hard economy has turned this fairly reputable company into the typical internet scam organization.

Great price for my dishwasher, no tax, $50 rebate, free shipping, extremely fast delivery (ordered Sat, arrived Thur), excellent service (lots of follow-ups and notifications).  But, I felt a little deceived.  The web site and a salesperson said the free shipping meant the trucker would only deliver to the curb, and for $50 they would bring it into the house and unpack it for inspection.  I didn't think that was worth it and figured I could handle bringing into my house and unpacking it myself for inspection, so I got a hand-cart from work the day of arrival in anticipation.  But to my surprise, the trucker was happy to bring it into my house and unpack it, which only took about 5 minutes anyway.  So I feel like they tried to get me to pay an extra $50 for nothing.  But other than that, I was extremely happy with the purchase and would use them again.

I was a bit skeptical about ordering a Maytag diswasher online from Home Everything but I went ahead and ordered one. The item was out of stock and I was sent an e-mail message from customer service relaying that information. Within two days, another e-mail message came telling me that the dishwasher was being shipped and it was on the way. 
Delivery was delayed one day by the shipping service due to a major crash that shut down a portion of a freeway, through no fault of Home Everything. 10 days from ordering to delivery.
Delivery was free, the item was new, in the box. I installed it myself and couldn't be more pleased with the dishwasher and the entire transaction with Home Everything and will not hesitate to order from them again when something is needed.
Also, I was able to get $100 back from 2 rebates offered from companies, through Home Everything, that were not available from other appliance outlets.

fixed twice, then replaced twice. now the fifth time, broken again--all this in six months since I bought it. matching refrigerator broke twice. Service is bad -- on hold forever. I won't ever buy LG. Don't judge by looks.

I do not know if I would shop at Home Everything again. I still have not received my order or any idea of when I will. The tracking information provided was not useful. I cannot reach the shipper by email or by phone. It would be nice to know what is going on.

The so-called RepairTech warranty is a scam. If you do a serach for this on some leading search engines, you will see consumers complain that when they need to use the warranty, nobody takes care of their claims.There is no servive available. They paid for nothing. This scam was primarily found in consumer electronics. Now it is appliance world.

I almost canceled my order after reading the negative reviews above.
I called up and spoke to a salesman who assured me that they "are a 5 star company" and to trust them.

I did and he was correct.
My Weber grill came yesterday without blemish.
The guy was even nice enough to wheel it upstairs and deliver it right to my patio.

The salesman was right - they are a 5 star company.

I had the same bad experience as others. It tried to add some money for a faster delivery. When I declined it, my order was put on hold until I could not wait any longer. The "free" shipping is not free. Home Everything is a deceiving company.

Fantastic Store! Customer service is excellent. I placed my order one week ago, I bought FDB1050REC and I received it within a week, I just made only one call and I would not know that the product will be shipped at my desire place. Absolutely they do care about the customer or expressing any dismay for delays, there is consistency in contacts. I had good experience purchasing here.
