I purchased a Weber BBQ grill from HomeEverything yesterday and received it just now in perfect condition. Before I buy anything online I do all my price comparing, read store reviews and product reviews on SmartSearchShopping.com. HomeEverything was listed the lowest with highest ratings on SmartSearchShopping.com

I called company about their "Matching Price" Guarantee for a product. I gave them the product name, company, price, shipping/handling and delivery date which they needed to guarantee the "Matching Price". Customer service rep had to ask the manager if they would match the price. There was a $149.00 price difference. The manager said," We are unable to get the product from the company". Funny thing is the company that I purchased it from, gets the same product from the same warehouse, so I purchased it from the other company. I have a feeling they said that because they didn't want to match the price from the other company. They lost a sale. Shabby company

I read the reviews and expected delivery of my washer and dryer within a week. Not only did that not occur (it's been 11 days) but the website says only that it has been shipped and nothing further. This is extremely frustrating.

portable charcoal grill ordered from them; purchasing date was on July 1 over the net with HE sales team. When I made the order I was very thrilled and no complain about the entire situation at which I was told my order would be sent to a special department. I purchased an Electrolux range and a Bosch dishwasher from Home Everything.  Both were delivered very quickly, and in good condition. No problem there.  When I ordered both items, the person I talked to on the phone was rude and unhelpful, so I ordered both online. After ordering, I called with a question about delivery, and was given the wrong information.  I was told white glove delivery was available- to just tell the delivery company that that's what I wanted when they called to arrange a delivery time. When they did call (UPS Freight), I was told they do not offer this.  So, we have both the range and the dishwasher sitting in our garage, and no way to move them to the second floor of our house.  I was happy with the speed of the delivery, and that the items arrived as ordered. Customer service needs some improvement.

Completely satisfied! I placed an online order to buy a 24'' washer/dryer combo of July 7. I got the order confirmation email in little time. A shipment notification email was sent the afternoon of July 8. Package arrived July 12 morning, though it's a free ground ship. Everything looks fine. I placed an order on 6/30 for a Bosch Refrigerator...14 days later they send an email telling the product was discontinued and could not deliver. Meantime I lost a chance to buy another Bosch product and have the rebate. Further they didn't call or didn't give excuse why took them 2 weeks to inform there were out of stock or discontinued.

I don't recommend this company.... very poor customer assistance!!
