I was hesitant to order a washer and dryer online especially because the company is in New York and I live in California.  The variety of products offered, price including shipping, and no sales tax is very attractive so I placed an order.

The company's email order confirmation was fast but the shipping confirmation took 8 days.  

The order was placed February 3rd and the delivery was on February 26th or more than 3 weeks.  

When the freight truck arrived I discovered that the dryer was stacked on top of the washer on one pallet and these are not stackable units.  The freight company driver was a little leery and commented "well I hope they at least put the dryer on top".  I was shocked since the company stresses examining  the merchandise for damage immediately.   Fortunately the driver removed all of the strapping and helped me lift the dryer off the top of the washer package which was fortunate since I was installing the units alone.

I unpacked the units and found no damage and installed them and found them to function properly.

Overall I think the variety of merchandise offered, pricing with shipping included, and no sales tax is excellent.  The customer service emails were satisfactory.  However the shipping method of stacking a dryer on top of a washer seems inappropriate for a company that stresses the possibility of shipping damage extensively and is inconvenient and possibly dangerous for the customer.  The initial shipping time frame of 8 days seems excessive and form your own opinion regarding the overall shipping time of 23 days.

I would purchase from this company again but If I was purchasing multiple appliances I would call customer service and request that the items not be stacked.
