I was hesitant before the transaction b/c I couldn't imagine ordering a washer , dryer set online. I called the sales department and waited for roughly 5 minutes on hold. I spoke with Jason who was very helpful and went over all the shipping details with me. He informed me that the freight company would contact me before delivery to schedule an appointment with me. Once I placed the order I received an order confirmation which they had attached a PDF of the invoice for my rebate. They emailed me the tracking # once it had shipped which took 2 days. I received my order 2 days later and to my surprise the shipping company had in-fact called me to schedule an appointment with me. At the time of delivery I made sure to inspect the washer, dryer which Jason had told me I must do before signing for it. The freight driver waited for me to inspect the unit as well and once i inspected the unit and signed the bill of lading. I'm very pleased with my washer, dryer set and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for large appliances. Make sure you read all the emails they send you b/c they are very informative. As long as you follow all there instructions for delivery everything should go smoothly.
