Very difficult and frustrating service

We thought we were going with a good company, since they claimed to be a 5 star company with excellent service.  While their prices may be competitive, their customer service and follow-up has been awful.  They said they would ship the appliances within two weeks, but after two weeks we heard nothing, so I called them several times to have them tell me they would contact me in the next few days.  I had to call almost every other day to follow up with them.  Finally, they told me one appliance was damaged and they had to wait for another one.  After not hearing from them for at least a week, I called again and this time they told me that one of the models was discontinued.  No one called me, so I'm not sure when I would have found out if I had never called.  I asked them what they could do to help, in terms of reducing the price of another gas range that we had to pick out, or refund the delivery fee, which they were not very accommodating of.  They even suggested I purchase the appliance at another place, even though they claim they would price match any place that had a cheaper price.  All in all, it has been a very difficult and frustrating experience working with them for almost a month.
