this outfit is the appliance equivalent of stock boiler room operation. very slow to fill orders. and then, without notice, cancelling your order when they can't fill it, but claiming that "some one" (who they can't name) cancelled the order. but they got the dates wrong because they processed the credit card payment after the date they told me the order had been cancelled. duh...
order fulfillment is very slow (if it happens at all). I ordered a replacement air conditioner and paid an extra $75 for second day delivery to get it in time for the weekend. it took them two days to process the credit card alone, making a joke of two day delivery. i was told it took them 2-3 days to process an order, so that i would get the air conditioner on monday, six days later.
customer service lets the phone ring off the hook while "placating" you with one of those idiotic messages that interrupt the blissful silence every 30 seconds or so telling you how important you are to them and how busy their customer service representatives are. if we are so important, why not just hire a few more people to answer the phones in a timely fashion?
the email address they provide in their order shipped notification - CustomerSupport@HomeEverything.com - does not even exist; it returns a MAILER DAEMON email with the following: "The email account that you tried to reach does not exist."
There are plenty of legitimate companies out there to do business with. This company is not one that I will visit again.
