I have to say that I had the most unbelievably good experience with homedepot.com.  We came home from vacation to find that our old refrigerator had bit the dust sometime before we got home.  In a jam and living out of an old college fridge that I usually used to store beers in, I went to work researching prices on new refrigerator.  Although BestBuy seemed to have great prices, Homedepot.com had free delivery, free haul away, 3% on Upromise (for those that know what I am talking about), and a 4th year of extended warranty for the same warranty price.  All that and they promised to have it delivered by Saturday 8/1 when I ordered in Thursday PM 7/30.  I have to say it wasn't until after I ordered the fridge that I saw the negative opinions on here and was getting worried.  I have to tell you that they put me right at ease.  I received a call yesterday telling me when to expect them, they arrived well within the time frame, and the crew headed up by George was unbelievable.  They were courteous, professional, and conscientious workers.  Not only did they take away the old fridge they installed, set up, wiped down the new fridge and even gave a quick lesson on what to do for the first 24 hours setting it up.  Then they went out and cleaned the box and contents from the front yard, and left like they were never here.  Probably the most stress free major appliance delivery I ever went through.  I highly reccomend them and praise them on the fine delivery team.  Thanks again.
