I am a frequent visitor to the Home Depot on line store. I have visited the site a few times since last year, making multiple purchases along the way. When looking for a store to shop at on line I want some thing that is secure to shop from, ships fast, the products hold up and so on. The Home Depot on line store is certainly one of those places. I trust the products that they sell and like every thing that I have ever bought from them.

Items that I have purchased:

I have purchased a microwave. A Sharp brand microwave to be exact. I saw it on sale in my at home catalog so I went on line and got it for the sale price of $60.00. I have purchased a window Fedders 10000 BTU air conditioner. I have also purchased a Hair room air conditioner. For those who don't know, that is the type of air conditioner that sits on the floor and vents through a hose. I have bought tools, gifts for friends and family members. I have redeemed gift cards and have purchased a few for gifts.

How I liked my selections:

I loved every thing that I bought. All of the items were great and as described. I have had no trouble with any thing that I have bought over the past few years and am very pleased with every thing. I can not complain. The pictures they show and information they show on each product pretty much tells it all for you so you know what you are getting when you make a purchase.

Returns:

I have only returned one item. It was a Step 2 toy box. I did not pay attention to the size of it when I purchased it. That was my mistake and it was easily fixed. I called and told the woman on the phone of my mistake. She sent me a return pre paid shipping sticker and sent a delivery truck out to pick up the toy box for me so I didn't have to do any thing my self and it did not cost me a penny. I was able to buy one size smaller of a toy box the same day that I got that one and received it a few days later. I was also given back the difference on my credit card.

Ease of ordering:

It is way too easy to order from the Home Depot on line store. All you have to do is use the search options or browse the listings in each section and pick what you want. Then when you have put every item in your cart and are ready to check out. Go to the check out, select the payment method you are going to use, add your billing information and shipping address as well as your shipping method and your all set from there.

Payment and shipping options:

The Home Depot on line store takes all credit cards and gift card meant for Home Depot. They also take E checks and more. Making shopping there rather easy to do. They are a secure site and do not give out your email address or other personal information to any one else or any other site.

Shipping is easy enough to deal with. You can pick your own shipping method. Over night, express, priority and standard. I choose priority for cheap but fast shipping. I get all of my orders with in days after I have placed them. I have had no trouble with packages coming late or getting lost. Every thing has been right on time as well.

As for packaging. They do the best job at that that I have seen in a long time. They bubble wrap and use foam to pack the items tightly in place. I have never had any thing come broken or damaged at all. I have not had a single problem with the shipping process at all. I am very happy with it.

Prices:

As far as prices go this is one cheap store. Every thing that I have bought was cheap, on clearance or on some sort of sale. They lower prices on items pretty much daily. I often stop in just to grab a bargain or two even if I am not really looking for any thing at the time. It is always worth a look at the prices they have.

My final recommendation:

I would have to recommend shopping at the Home Depot on line store. There really is no better place that I have seen for on line shopping. I have shopped at some great places but the Home Depot on line store is by far my favorite way to go. I hope you will stop in there and take a look, you'd see it would be worth your while.
