I ordered a garden shed from the Huntington, N.Y. store, or at least TRIED to order one from these fools. Despite five phone calls over two days from me to the inept delivery "associate", she could not muster the competence to schedule a simple delivery 5 miles from the store. I was put on hold and left to rot. I was transferred into the ether. I was hung up on. I was told she would get back to me in "five minutes", and when I called back 45 minutes later, she was still "unavailable". When someone finally did bother to call me back, I was told I could not have delivery of the shed any morning for the coming week and they could not get it to me on Saturday, either. When is Home Depot going to recognize that you get what you pay for, and low-wage, unskilled boobs will lose customers every time? I stopped ordering windows from Home Depot three years ago because delivery took forever and each time some vital piece was missing. Ask around, and you will find that this sort of experience is a daily occurrence at Home Depot. Do yourself a favor and shop at Lowe's instead.
