I was worried about quality since it was an "assemble yourself" furniture item, but it's better than I expected and I'm very happy with it.

There was a piece broken off one of the leaves on the drop leaf table. It has only been a couple of days since I emailed them about the problem so I don't know if it will be resolved satisfactorily. I asked only that they replace the damaged table leaf so I don't have to send the entire set back.

1- Didn't know it had to be assembled 2- Twice parts came damaged or missing 3- Assembly instructions were poor. 4- Quality of the product was poor. 5- The people contacted were courteous and helpful. Seems they were accustomed to substandard product. 6- This was the first and last product I will ever purchse via internet.

THis was the first time I used this process. I received a quality product at a fair price and the delivery of the product was great. It arrived with-in ten days of the order placement. The delivery srvice contacted us prior to delivery to ensure some one would be present to take delivery. It was not out of guess worrk when it would arrive. Thank you for the service.

I can answer the questions I did not ck easier with words. It was impossible to talk to someone before I ordered the samples. Too much of a hassel to order online with you since I could not speak to someone in person. I was able to speak to someone easily when I needed to return the items. I probably would order again if you have something I need. Difficult to remember password from time to time which makes it a time consuming process. You need to know that a person doesn't always want to answer y or n. I should have just not bothered with the survey. I checked no intead of yes because you don't have a see remarks sections.

The only surprise came when we opened the item. It showed a golden brown wood on the web but was a black brown color instead of the advertised "light brown amber finish."

The quality was lower than I'd expected but it was ok. It was a little banged up but I'll fix that with some filler and I plan on refinishing it. I may buy from them again but I'm not sure. I'm yet to recieve my discount.

Complete catalogue online, effecient web site, easy to order process, no solicitations, good contact, great prices, no problems. I WILL shop there again. My friend shops through the catalogue, (not online), she gave me the catalogue I had seen something in.
