RUN AWAY! I ordered a bookshelf. Delivery took 2+ weeks - somewhat slow but not too terrible. Part of the frame was broken upon arrival. Called the 800# and was transferred to parts which was closed for the day after the customer service rep. said they would be open. Called back the next day and spoke to parts. I was very clear about what part (part number on a sticker on the broken piece) I needed. The parts rep asked me to describe it since he had a different set of "directions" than was in my box. What is up with that? It took 9 days for them to ship the part which I received 13 days from the phone call. It was the wrong part. I called back and asked for return shipping labels (for the bookshelf and wrong part) which they said they would send out in five days. It takes five days to mail labels???? So now, I ordered something that I wanted to assemble and display by Christmas that now gets to sit (two huge boxes) in my garage until after New Year's (by the time I get the lables and schedule UPS to retrieve it).
Good side - customer service reps were all pleasant. I asked for an inconvenience credit and got one of 10% of the purchase price.
So many attractive items in their catalog - too bad the only thing they have together is their verbal skills. I will never contact them again.
