I ordered a French Country Standard computer armoire in antique white last October. It finally arrived 5th May - seven and a half months later.
The day before each supposed scheduled delivery, I usually got an e-mail saying it was being delayed, a couple of times I didn't hear anything. Twice I rang up and was promised delivery on a certain date but nothing arrived. I was no. 3 on the waiting list for the order. Apparently the supplier was not delivering the goods.
I rang up to cancel and was offered $27 off the price, however, I had noticed that since my order the item had gone on sale and that was the price difference so it wasn't a gesture to keep me happy.
On arrival not all the necessary screws were included so we needed to go and buy some more. Also the assembly instructions had not been written by a native English speaker so were often complicated and did not make sense.
The only reason why I did not cancel my order totally was because I liked the look of the product and could not find anything else I preferred within my price range. Seven and a half months on,the computer armoire is now up. It is a good quality product for a good price but if you don't want hassle and want your product immediately, then it is not worth it.
