the customer service was great. the actual delivery and lack of notification of a delay in shipping due to 1 of 2 products not being available was not customer friendly at all. I was not notified of the hold up and I believe the customer should be reached and asked if he/she would like for the other part to arrive to ship the order complete or like in my case I would have like to receive the one first then receive the 2nd one later. Other then that its a great site. Ben-

Easy Ordering and items arrived earlier than expected. All items were correct as ordered. Since I did not have any problems with the order as placed, I cannot rate the Customer Service department.

Excellent experience all around. I wanted to buy four shower baskets. First I sent them an email asking about available finishes, which was answered promptly and accurately. Then I ordered the shower baskets online. I received frequent emails confirming the purchase, a receipt, and when the items were shipped out (with a tracking number). The items arrived on time and in good condition. I have seen many negative reviews on other home hardware merchants online and it was great to find one that delivers as promised. I would buy from this merchant again.
