Although the product selection was great; the shipments were timely and proper; the only thing that was annoying was the return policy...I wanted to return something but by the time the restocking and handeling fees were deducted, in addition to my paying for return shipping, it wasn't worth the effort to return the unwanted item. Please make sure you read their return policy and understand it fully prior to placing an order.

My wife has just made another order. There was confusion when I needed the pulls sooner. I called and was told the pulls were hand made and could not be shipped sooned and I had sent an email and a person called and they were shipped sooner. Bottom line I am a pleased customer.

Site indicated 10-14 days (but in fact it was 14 'business days'. Three weeks after ordering, I received an email indicated my order was shipped (3 different items). Box arrived with only 2 of the three types of handles ordered. When I called them, after leaving several messages I finally got a response that the third item was backordered. There was no indication of back order on the shipping email or on their "track your order" link.
I was told the back ordered items would ship in a week. Three weeks later, they still had not shipped. I left a message and also emailed them to cancel the order and give me a refund. It took several calls to finally receive a credit memo. AND, the $5 coupon which was applied to my whole order, was TAKEN OFF THE CANCELLED ITEM, so in fact my other items were penalized.

Haven't received the merchandise yet. Tried to call after placing the order online, but was referred back to online customer service. Today I should have received the shipment. The time frame was 8 - 10 days by regular shipping.

I paid extra for the expedited delivery, and my order came in 10 days instead of the 2-3 that was stated on the order page. I sent an email regarding the status of my order, and no one answered. There was no tracking number included in my original order, which made tracking impossible. When I contacted the service department, they could not explain why my order was not delivered on time. He stated I would be receiving a credit, which to this date has not yet been applied to my credit card! I am happy with the product, but feel the delivery and credit process was very unacceptable. I am hoping to receive my credit very soon, or will be making contact again with the service department.

I really only needed the VALVE, but had to order the entire bottle to get the valve. It would have been helpful to have had that choice. Otherwise, all went well, and I removed the valve from the new bottle and then discarded the bottle itself. A waste, but everything worked out well in the end.
