I've bought two items from Holabird sports and I'm extremely happy with my first item (too soon to review the second one) and I got both of them at prices which were significantly cheaper than anywhere else. What's more is there's no lousy service or delayed shipping, etc. I like the products at the prices I've got and haven't run into any problems yet and so Holabird sports gets top marks!

Be careful to order from this seller! I ordered the Grommet/Bumper Guard for my racquet, they shipped to me wrong size stuff (Jr. size). I called them, the customer service was bad. Told me the one fit all (I never heard before). Finally they accepted the return, but asked me to pay the return shipping. OK, I paid the shipping to send back. Then, found they still charged me the orginal shipping fee (this seller charged much more than the real postage charge). Bad experience, feel be cheated. Never order from this seller again.

I ordered a pair of Asics running shoes from holabird. After waiting 8 days for my order to arrive (web-site says 1-2  day shipping) I called the company and was told they would "investigate" and get back to me. 4 phone calls from me and 5 days later (they never called me back), I was told that the problem would have to be reviewed by the "tracking department," a process that would take 8-9 days, before any refunds could be made or a new order shipped. Two weeks after placing my order I've not heard back from them and am going to call my credit card company and ask them to withhold payment.  I haven't read other reviews but I'm not sure how this company stays in business. I'll make sure to tell my friends to steer clear of holabird.
