Good experience. Even though I have not received my running shoes yet, I have received two phone calls from Holabird explaining that the sneakers had not come into their warheouse yet. They offered ne the option of changing or canceling my order. Good follow-up. I should receive the sneakers mid-week. I note: If I do not receive the items this week my opinions of the company may change.

I placed two orders. One for one pair of shoes, to try the fit. The service provider -- a woman -- was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The second was to order three ( get one free, for a total of four), and the man who helped me gave me the wrong price. He didn't seem to know the information that was printed in the tennis magazine and on the website. In both cases, the shipment came very quickly.

I have ordered over the phone and on line from Holabird for about 15-16 years, have always received good service and exactly the products I ordered. Holabird is my merchant of choice. My only quibble is that I like to buy tennis shoes with a "B" width and those are not always in stock in the style I prefer (New Balance 800 or 801, size 13A.)

Good selection of running shoes at very reasonable prices. The only negative comment I have is that Holabird's website did not list the current model running shoe I was looking for(Mizuno Wave Expression Mens' Running Shoe). When I had called the merchant several weeks before I was told that the model was not in yet. However, when I searched for the model on google I found a link to this merchant and when I followed that link the model was listed in the merchant's inventory. So, it appears to me that Holabird's website is faulty, not up to date.

Buying the shoes was good. But then I got a phone call a few days latter and I was told that they would'nt ship to my address because it was differnt than my billing adress. I am in school and have two addresses, I also shop online alot and have never had this problem before. It was irritating and though I like their product and web-site I wont buy from them again because of their shipping policy.

I saw the advertising in Tennis magazine, then enter the internet holabrid adress and found the articles I was looking for at a fair price, I place the order, was confirmned the same day, and items received in 5 working days in Miami. I was just happy because the two items were there with excellent packing for protection definitively I would purchase again in the future.
