Account status never update with tracking number, caused me some worries about the shipment. Customer Service responded very promptly though, promised to monitor my order. Luckily package arrive within the week, to my surprise of course, thought my package had been lost or stolen. Even now my order status shows "Tracking information not yet available" ??? An online order store should constantly monitor the order status of it's customers. Doesn't give first time buyers confidence in this site.

Good website - easy to navigate. One pet pieve - after selecting an item for my cart, I'm offered the option to "continue shopping." However, when I click on that, I'm not returned to the beginning of the section, requiring me to navigate to where I left off. That is time consuming and frustrating.

have had a nasty shock at uk end.it cost me a further 24.58 english pounds for my order to be released from the courier by the customs so its makes any more purchases not finalcially worth it.sorry i have enjoyed shopping with hobby buy.mr.s.morritt

The only downside is that I had to pay 9.9 euro's extra for the customs here in Belgium. That's definitly not your fault and I will recommend hobbybuy.com to my modelling collegues.

being a uk resident i find your delivery service excellent and would not hesitate in shopping at hobby buy again.it is still cheaper including postage and packing than buying the same item in the uk.nearer xmas i will probably buy more than 1 item which will make delivery cheaper.

They carry products that I have looked for in other places, the prices are very good, the order arrives within the timeframe they said it would, and it was packed properly and arrived in very good condition.
