A few words to express my thoughts about this brand. Customer service is knowledgeable and helpful. I've had a list of concerns and questions before and after I purchased my unit, and I am only pleased with the advice that I was given. I recommend this company for it's honesty and highest level or professionalism. I was considering several different models and the sales rep. listened to my concerns and requirements and pointed me to the right direction which was just perfect to my cooking habits and my kitchen design.

Shopping with this company was one of the best online shopping experiences I've had. All the information is clearly shown on the website, ordering was easy, and I received my new kitchen hood in only 2 days! When my contractor was installing it, he commented on how well-made it was, and after installation, I was pleasantly surprised by its gorgeous looks and most importantly, very quiet performance.

Well I was looking for a vent for a long time, and I was drawn to my final conclusion of buying a Jupiter.

I was attracted to the unique body shape. VERY HAPPY!!! I received many compliments on my item, and it really works! The odors are gone right away.
Definitely worth the money.

A+, Customer Service did a great job. Step by step instructions, astounding quality. I could not believe it when I saw it with my eyes. The product looks exactly like the pictures do. It’s too good to be true. I was about to go for a different company, but I loved Futuro's price and selection. I took a risk, and I am glad I did. I received my vent 4 days after placing an order over the telephone. I then received a confirmation e-mail which stated my tracking number. I did not even have to wait. I pass you with an A+. I ordered a Moon Crystal (ceiling mounted) model from Futuro. Their customer service was very helpful with providing installation advice and the range hood was delivered to me only 3 days after I placed the order. My wife and I have just moved in to a new house. My wife loves to cook and she insisted that we replace the old microwave-vent combo with a new high quality range hood. As we were doing our research on range hoods we saw a TV show on modern kitchen appliances that featured Futuro hoods. We liked their design, so we decided to check out their website.

We loved their selection of range hoods. Because our house is modernly designed, this turned out to be exactly what we were looking for.

We ordered the Excellence model. Futuro said the range hood would be shipped out the next day, but a few hours later we received a confirmation email that the range hood was shipped out same day!

When we received the range hood and unpacked the box, we were simply amazed. It looks much better in real life than as shown on TV! We then hired an electrician to hook it up.

We love it - it's quiet and very efficient at pulling out all the smoke and odors. We are glad we found Futuro, thanks!

My husband and I are renovating our kitchen, and to add style, we have decided to purchase a Futuro Futuro range hood. We ordered it on their website, and the package arrived in 3 days. Futuro Futuro sells Italian made range hoods. Please be carefully, they are selling products which are not UL approved and I had to remove it for the city inspector.The customer service as very bad and I can not recommend the product of this company.
