I was completely annoyed at the caller who called right away when I was not finished with my purchase and was still browsing or shopping. He wanted to know why was I taking so long to place the order and asked if I needed help. I replied that I was not finished and would place the order after I had the time to check my purchase over. I almost did not complete my purchase because of his call since he did not give me a chance and called asap as I was on the complete order section.

Too Slow. I had to contact them in order to find out that they did not have the product that I ordered in stock, and that my order had been placed on hold until they could get it from the manufacturer. I placed my order 9 days ago and still have not recieved it.

they told me that they had a product in stock. but that product never got sent. it took me two weeks to find out because the remainder of the order did not get shipped til 10 days after i ordered, and their website says "most" products are shipped immediately,and within 3 days max, or soemthing like that..... at any rate, when i ordered they said ALL products were in stock.
bad policy to deceive the customer.

The last time I ordered from this company was at least a year ago. To order this time I had to log in, which required me waste a lot of time in finding the password I had used. Other sites provide the option of ordering as a "guest'. When I placed my order I found out that I had been charged an additional $2.55 for a "BuySafe Bond" and I was unable to cancel this. Fortunately I had used PayPal and was able to get a refund. This should be an "opt-in" option and not an "opt-out option. I am sure many customers, who like me fell into this trap, don't bother to get a refund, and thus end up paying more than they should. In my opinion this is a cheap trick to boost the price, and would not be resorted to by a reputable company.

The presentation is a bit confusing, but the choice is exellent.
I couldn't find some "sun panax ginseng" at all tho.
And I couldn't find some "red panax ginseng" with the amount of ginsenoide displayed.
Other than that, the maca and the rhodiola are both excellent!

I am only using this merchant because there are several items I have not found elsewhere. Service, and shipping are slow. No feedback on order status. Sometimes the person on the other end when I call is barely understandable, and sometimes those same people do not understand me. In addition, Amercan born or not, attitude is poor. Verging on rude, impatient, etc.

I have shopped online at Herbspro prior times & received excellent service. This shopping experience started with unable to order on-line; Decided to call 800 number. Herbpro was having serious phone trouble and cut me off 3 times prior to reaching a rep. In the middle of the order I was cut off again. The rep did not call me; I had to call back. When I finally established contact, I was informed that Bromelain was not available; could not estimate availability. After 13 days of not receiving shipment confirmation of the other 2 items, I called. It was shipping that day which I believe is unacceptable without receiving an email stating a problem! Then I received a "credit email" that the soap was not available. I received the Royal Jelly in good condition. I feel that the cost of shipping was too high, as I could have received the other items for just $2 more.

My order was wrong, AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY FOR THE REFUND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ordered product on May 23, 2012, and today is Sat. June 9, 2012. After emails and phone calls and promises that I would have my refund by Friday, June 1, 2012 (customer service person, Krisna), I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY!!! I talked to, who I was told, was a supervisor, (Elvra), on Thursday, June 7, 2012, and she promised to call me back in regard to the status of my refund. SHE NEVER CALLED BACK. I tried calling her later in the afternoon, and no answer, and no voice message available.
For the years, and money that I have been dealing with HerbsPro, I WILL NEVER, NEVER, NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN!
This company has become a horrible experience.
I WANT MY MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had bad experience buysing from herbspro the first time. I decided to give it another try. I brought 2 bottles of vitamin supplements and they only shipped me one bottle. I emailed them and they shipped another one to me. The process is very easy (they should know the shipping weight anyway). I would say it is a lot better than my first shopping experience with them. Glad I give it another try.

My order was placed for items needed for a trip. I recieved notification nine days after it was place saying it was out of stock. Then recieved notification it was shipped the next day. It is unacceptable to notify me nine days after placing the order that you are out of stock, that should be within a day or two if not immediately! I expected to get some help by calling but was very dissatisfied with how I was taken care of after calling. I will never order from you again.

The shopping experience was great as usual, but this was the first time my 'free shipping' order over 89.00 was split into two without explanation eg. backorder etc. The first part came just over a week later (great!) however the second part took a total of 3 weeks to get to me. It was held at Atlanta post office for 3-4 days?? then Jackson, MS post office for 3-4 days and where it was held before that .. no idea. I called herbspro customer service (they had no answers); checked tracking which was accurate? ..three weeks is too long to wait for toothpaste and sun lotion.

This seller is unreliable to the point of fraudulence. I ordered supplements from them through amazon.com that were clearly marked "in stock," and having heard nothing, 9 days later I wrote to ask about the shipping delay. They responded that what I ordered was unavailable from the manufacturer with no delivery date in sight. Why wait 9 days to inform me of this, and only then after I took the initiative to inquire? This kind of customer non-service is unconscionable and not a little reckless, considering how many dietary supplement sellers there are out there--most of whom sell exactly the same products. Don't waste your time. Go elsewhere.

I had to contact the company to find out my order was out of stock. I was asked if I wanted to wait for the product or cancel it. I chose to wait. I asked to be kept informed of the status. Then I recieve a partial and then an email stating they were refunding the balance. No choice or communication! Very disappointed in the cistomer service I recieved.

"Customer Service" or "Support" is not proactive. Even after the site listed the item as In Stock, when it apparently was NOT In Stock, the company couldn't find it in their schedule or practice to let me know... I had to be the one to investigate and ask Them why I had not received the order. They still took my money (Very Quickly) even though they knew the item wasn't in-stock, and it was up to me to get it back. *Unsatisfactory practices*.

This seems excessive and I had to purchase the product locally as I had run out not thinking it was going to take this long to receive.
