I was pleasanatly surprised that the prices offered for the products I wanted were even less expensive than buying them on line from the manufacturer with a coupon from the manufacturer! The service was excellent. I will be shopping here from now on for my skin care products.

This was my second order at Universal Herbs and I am still very satisfied with the quality of the goods and the way my order was processed. This time however, there was a small delay in delivering, maybe due to the size of my order and/or the fact that something went wrong at UPS. Because of that I received my order a couple of days later than I had anticipated. No big deal though.

I have not received my products yet. When I viewed the tracking info. sent to my email box, I saw that the shipment will not arrive until 1/29. That is two weeks after I placed the order. I think that is an excessive amount of processing/shipping time. Also, their website is very cumbersome to use. It took a long time to load my shopping cart. After adding an item to my shopping cart, I was taken to the shopping cart, and there was no button to click on that would take me back to the page I was shopping on before I added a item to the cart. I had to start over again to get back to that page (Enzymatic Therapy products. Thank you.
