I really love this website/company because they have very low prices & a lot of discounts. It matter to us, international customers since the shipping fee is really expensive. The processing time took longer than expected but other than that, I'm satisfied with the overall services. Just please improve the processing time. I will shop here more often. Thank you!

i initially was looking for this product in alive magazine, the phone number was not inservice. i use library computers and happened to come across the product i had been looking for, camo care gold - the original product i used to buy. iwas delighted - the product is good, the price is excellent and i am glad you have not changed this formula. the shipping notice was left on my door, since i contacted canada post, to make sure i received the notice correctly, it worked out well and i asked if it is secure to give my credit card number over the phone, and was assured it is.

My shopping experience was good. I received the product in a bulk package. It didn't have the directions for usage noted. I called the supplier and even e-mailed a question regarding the proper dose for use. I received quick communication and reply back. Overall my shopping experience was good and I will use herbpro again.

Everything was great, *except* that I would love to get more email confirmation of orders from the merchant. For example, Amazon will send an email when the order is placed, and another when the order is shipped. I would have liked to receive this kind of contact from herbs pro. Otherwisde, great prices, great delivery.

The price was right for the product I wanted and this is not an easy product to find in local stores. However, their expedited shipping procedure is difficult to understand in that you have to call and they only ship certain brands on a particular day of the week. I was put on hold twice and the customer service people don't act professionally. I was assured the product would arrive by Saturday, but it did not arrive until Monday or Tuesday. Not a huge wait, but when I would have preferred to have overnight shipping and it was not a product that could be shipped overnight, it seemed long.

The search engine was quick and gave a lot of choices -- tho "dr christopher" did not bring up Dr. Christopher, at least not on the first page of results. I would have ordered more products if I"d known they carried that brand before I put in my order. I will come back, especially for Dr. Christopher's herbs, but it would have been good to know for my first order, because I've been trying to purchase that brand elsewhere and having a lot of trouble. Generally, I was pleased with the site, worked easily with no confusion. It was easy to make the order, and to pay for it, and it arrived in a timely fashion, especially for just before christmas. I do wish they sold the bulk Dr. Chris. formulas that I'm trying to buy from another site -- their site is much harder to use, slower, and the payment process is very very finicky to the point that I can't actually get my hundred dollar order in..... I'd love to be able to buy Kelp-T, Adrenetone and Panc Tea in the 16 oz bulk packages, especially seeing how good your general prices are. In general I was very impressed with the selection, saw a lot of things I've searched for in the past, including the particular Yerba Mate tea brand I was looking for when I found the site in the first place.
