Herbspro.com

Ordering from Herbspro was not a positive experience for me.It took them 10 days to ship my order.  I called them 3 times to see when it was shipping as I was waiting for something and I was promised each time they would ship the next day.  I was a given a different reason each time why it didn't go out.  I finally called to cancel the order and after a long wait on the phone, I was told it had shipped- but that was not true! (discovered after checking out the UPS tracking info).  It was both frustrating and disappointing ordering from them.

Internet was impossible. I tried my regular password and your site said they could not find it. I then tried to order as a new customer, but your site would not accept the order without a password. I tried to get a new password with no success. After 40 minutes of trying to order this product, I found a phone number on my previous order literature. The man who answered did not speak English clearly and we couldn't understand each other. It was a nightmore experience just to place an order!

Shopping with Herbspro. is very very good. My only problem was I was not able to buy 100% Rue oil from them in 1oz are more size bottle and I had to shop else where. But the customer service is excellent.

the tri-boron plus i ordered was not in stock, although indicated online that it was. order did not ship for over 1 week, until i called and inquired. company did not notify me that product was out-of-stock.

Please refer to my e-mail to Tanu Bhattacharya on 6-4-09. Reoccuring problems on all orders to date has been immediate unavailability of items. Back orders have hampered the shipping process and delayed receipt by the customer. In my experience orders should be outbound within 48 hours and the customer receiving them shortly thereafter while their expectations are high. Regards, S.G. Clearwater FL

The infusion drink makes me feel sick for a couple of hours after drinking, so I won't be buying this product again. The vitamin capsules are fine. I have purchased products before and have always been very pleased. I don't think I can tolerate the drink, so will not be using it, even tho it is suggested to take the drink and vitamins together.

item was out of stock immediately after I ordered it. I tried to cancel and was put on hold for 15 minutes. It took three emails and a phone call from them to cancel and receive credit. This was over a period of several days. They should not indicate that an item is in stock before you order it and then avoid canceling the order.

I think your products are excellent and work well. The only problem I have with Herbspro is the double amount of the order priced for shipping. A $5.00 order has a $5.00 shipping charge on it. I think this is way over priced, as the item was extremely light in weight.

I have purchased from HerbsPro on multiple occasions. Each time I have experienced a seriously lack of attention to customer care each time. I have been hoping it was one or two isolated incidents, but I now realize they just don't know how to provide customer concern. No tracking information. No notice of backorder, they held order because of one item not in stock, only discovered order being held by my calling merchant. The couple of bucks in savings is just not worth the aggravation. I can (and will) purchase the same products from a different merchant in the future.

I responded to a very LARGE ad for 15% off ALL orders. When the 15% did not show on the charge, I called and was told the item was already deeply discounted, and no further discount was allowed and was referred to a very SMALL disclaimer atthe bottom of the page. However, since it said in LARGE print, ALL ORDERS - I felt I was mislead and thus for a very small amount, this company Has lost a long time customer - ME - who will not order from them again.

was really impressed with my order as were my customers. but really dissappointed in rebate cant get it unless i sign up for another program which you have to pay for . i cant see paying for a rebate .will have to search for somewher else to get my oils equal to yours,every other company ideal with sends there there own rebates . sorry you dont do that as i spend alot of money yearly to keep my customers happy.than you have agreat day laurie mikita
