The shopping experience was fine. The product I really was looking for was Petadolex 75mg. I searched and found the product however when I clicked the link, they had the 50mg product displayed. There was no option to choose the 75mg version and I was quite disappointed in that regard.

Shipper did not recognize my note on my online order stating if order is out of stock to email or call me. Poor customer service. Order was split and delayed approximately two weeks. Ended with me sending an e.mail to CEO, who promised an entire refund, which I do not know when I will receive. I will appreciate someone writing to with information as to when refund will be received. Can you do that for me?

I did not receive the product I ordered and when I placed several phone calls to this merchant and left messages on their voice mail my calls where never returned!I am glad I found this out because I had plan to order hundreds of dollars in product for my business, but no way will I give thie merchant another penney!!!

Herbspro provides good service and a good selection of merchandise at reasonable prices. Although somewhat improved, the website is old fashioned and rather difficult to use. You have to really hunt for what you want; the search is not very effective. The invitation to buy more of an item only saves on shipping; most larger quantities are not actually discounted any more. I'd buy from someone on the East Coast if I could because the shipping time is fairly long and the cost is high. This time I tried USPS Priority (only one cent more than UPS) and it was quicker.

The first order I placed came with an incorrect item. I called immediately to request the correct item and was told it was shipped and that a call tag would be sent to return the incorrect item. Four days later when I hadn't received the correct item I called to check on it's status and it had not been shipped. I was told customer service would return my call immediately and that did not happen. In addition 2 emails to customer service have yet to be answered. I still have the incorrect item and no call tag. I did eventually get the correct item but have since ordered additional product from another company. This company has some real customer service issues.

I havent received my order yet. Its been almost 2 full weeks. I'm thinking I should have it by now but am willing to wait another a couple days before starting the tracking process.
Strange how this happened on the last order from them too. I waited 4 weeks on that one, called them up and they immediately sent a reorder (I was pleased at their response and was determined it would not deter me from order from them again) I receieved that one in a week, no problems. The original package showed up 6 weeks after the original order in a badly damaged box which I returned. I'm thinking this was the fault of the post office not the shipper. Reserving judgement for now.

I was amazed to receive an e-mail from UPS yesterday saying Herbspro asked UPS to let me know the package was delivered and is at my front door. I went to the door and there it was. The experience was horrible. I had to call multiply times because my order did not arrive in 2 to 3 days as there site says. When the package did arrive(5 days after the scheduled date) all the gel packs were melted and the product was warm. When I called to tell them that the products were bad, I was told that as long as the gel packs were in the package they would not replace the products. Each time I tried to take the complaint higher up I was given the run around, by very rude costumer service people. I was out $150 and still needed pro-biotics. Do not shop with this company. Once they get your money they will do nothing further to help you. You become just another number.

I completed my order online which was straight forward. But after all that I recieved a message that my order could not be processed and I should contact the company by phone. It annoyed me a lot but I needed the medicine so I did.
After about a week or so I got the medicine. Now I don't know if I placed one order or two because I gave my credit card number twice.
