I ordered items from herbspro.com and received an immediate email with my order summary. They said the item would be shipped priority USPS for around $8. That was fine as I ordered quite a few items. Well, after several days - nothing. And they are even in the same state (California).
The track your order feature didn't work, but I finally found the tracking number somehow by going to my account and clicking around on their not easy to navigate site. So when I finally found my tracking number it said UPS. Ok, even then that was ok, I thought. They said they had shipped my order the following day. Well, it was not an UPS tracking number.
I had tried to call (during business hours) and had to leave a message. No response. I then sent two emails on different days, neither one which was ever responded to as well. Their so-called live chat is never on that I could see - no surprise at this point.
FINALLY, this morning I actually talked to someone and it turns out that the order was shipped by someplace called ontrac.com and that it should come today. I verified that on this ontrac site that it would be here by 5pm today. We'll see.
Also, the customer service rep was close to being downright rude - even hacking and coughing into the phone without even trying to excuse herself. Maybe I'm old school, but really! She then hung up before I got a chance to thank her - not that she or the company deserved it, but again, a bit of courtesy goes a long way. Rare these days. Now I wait to see if the order arrives and if so, hopefully, all my items are accounted for as I never want to deal with these people again.
Next time I'm definitely going to order from another site, even if I have to pay more.
