Herbspro.com

I have ordered supplements quite a few times through Herbspro and up until this last order there were no problems. Orders were filled as specified, the prices were very good, and the products arrived in good condition -- but the last order took almost 2 weeks to arrive and I find that unacceptable considering their shipping charges. I was never contacted as to a reason for the shipping to take that long and had to contact customer service to find out what was going on.

I am happy with my order even there was a short delay. The order came in with a spill from the shampoo bottle because it was not taped like all the other bottles. Overall I am happy to shop at Herbspro.com. I also referred my friend to shop at this website. She is very excited.

I placed a first time order with Herbspro.com because they had a good price on the item that I was looking for. Sometimes it really doesn't pay when you try to save money, because you end up loosing something even greater; like an adequate level of customer service! I placed my order on 7/2/08, never received a order confirmation, no shipping confirmation and they didn't respond to my emails. I tried calling the toll free number for customer service after it had been 6 days since I placed my order, but it was constantly busy. My customer account information shows that my order has not even shipped and to contact customer service; which I have not been able to do! Beware of this web site!!

I placed the order on a Tuesday afternoon and it was delivered on Thursday!! That's FAST, especially since I used regular ground shipping. I also received some very nice samples. The prices are excellent, delivery is extremely fast, the website is easy to use. What's not to like?!?

I ordered from Herbspro thinking my order would be shipped out in 2-3 days (what they state on their website). After 10 days I emailed them and after another 2 days got a email back that my order sent that same day (seemed like my email reminded them that they hadn't sent my order yet!) but they sure charged my credit card for the order 10 days earlier!

I have ordered in the past from Herbspro.com and had excellent responses and order shipping. I even ordered the wrong item once and was quickly helped to get the one returned and the correct item to replace it. However, on a recent order I received an expired product and have called and been immediately put on hold twice and waited more than 5 minutes with no response. I emailed also and still have not received a response. I would like to order from herbspro.com again because of their wide product choices and prices. However, in light of the current situation, I am reticent to do so.

Overall a good experience. Quite user friendly site. We ran out of product about 2 days prior to receiving our shipment so when we re-order we will allow about 10 days for receipt and we should be o.k.

I was very disappointed with Herbspro.com, after an order that I placed to be ship to another country. When I placed the order, I pay more because it was an international address, which it's totally fair. After almost a month of my purchase, my Mom got a note saying that in order for her to get the package she had to pay an extra U$85.00. I wish Herbspro had let me know this charge before I placed the order. If they didn't know exactly how much more I was suppose to pay at least make me aware in the beginning of the transaction that I was going to get an additional charge for whatever reason, which by the way, I still don't know why I had to pay an extra U$85.00.

bad response from supplier ,delay the product delivery, and the product expired date is very close to purchase date(ex. I received the product on April 15,2008 and the expired date is July 2008.)
