The first time I ordered it I tried to confirm the label contents but was told that it was an old label and it did not contain the Item I inquired about.
I accepted that and used the product.
The order I recently received had the same label and when I called they told me that all supplements have that ingredient, which is a lie as I get products from different suppliers that DO NOT have it in their supplements.

I would shop here again only because they called me and made the order correct. After I had called the first time and the person who answered the phone, had limited english skills got the problem with my order wrong, thus the replacement was incorrect. This has been the first time my orders from Herbs Pro was with any difficulty, so I am willing to try again.

It was obvious from the start that the merchant either didn't have access to inventory or the ability to ship in a timley basis...either way, their 5-7% price advantage (at least that was what I found when looking at several sites selling the same products) was not enough to overcome their poor performance. I'm done....I'll try someone else nextime, even if I pay another $5-$7 on the order. At least I don't have to worry about it for a week.

The ordering part was fairly easy.
Tracking the order didn't go very well until the last few days. I'm not sure if that was the fault of Fed Ex or Herbspro.
The main problem is that this is now the tenth day since I ordered the product. Hopefully it will arrive today. That is slow service. Two things would speed it up. One is that it should be able to get shipped more quickly. A lot of companies ship the same day they receive the order. Two, I'm sure that handing off to the Post Office causes delays. I haven't seen that work efficiently yet.

Everything was fine except the communication with the costumer service
wasn´t that good this time, some of the items I have ordered were out of stock even though on the website they seem to be on stock that´s why I have picked them up.
When I was asked to replace the unavailable items, I did it right away, but the next day I got an email telling me that my order has been already shipped so...that wasn´t nice at all.....in general My experience with this website wasn´t bad.

This is the second time I have placed a fairly large order and it has come rather quickly (compared to other places I've bought stuff like this from).
The only irritating thing about this order was how long it took FedX to get it here. On a Mon. I saw it was about 30 miles from me, just across the river that divides these two states. Do they send it right upriver?? Nope they sent it straight across to a city about 300 miles away in my state, then back down to the city across in the other state where adjoins the one they had it in the first place on that Mon.
there it was sent 50 miles upriver from where we live, then shipped back down to my town and given to the post office to deliver. Very efficient guys! NOT!!!
I think Herbspro is a great place to buy from.

Was unable to speak to a CSR..was instructed to leave a message and they would return the call. That didn't happen. Finally made a report with the Better Business Bureau...then received an email stating that my order was lost in transit. After another three-five days, I received a refund.

I'm in the San Francisco bay area, which is where Herbspro is also located, so waiting 2 weeks for a bottle appeared to be excessive wait time. Sorry, but this tainted what had been a more favorable experience with this company; add to that the fact that I have to pay tax, being a CA source company, and time will certainly tell about my future orders with Herbspro.

My original order was out of stock when I tracked it but in stock when I ordered it. I hears nothing from Herbs Pro until I e-mailed them. Since then I selected another product but it was in stock when I ordered and out of stock later so I have now selected another product that said in stock and received a r-mail saying my order is being forwarded to the proper department. My original order was Nov. 27th.
