I shop online often and I have never received such AWFUL customer service before.  I purchased three bras for my daughter at HerRoom online (30AA) because her size is hard to find in stores.  I have purchased bras for her before at stores and this size has always fit her perfectly.  The bras arrived and they were terribly tight - even on the loosest hook.  After taking my daughter to be professionally measured at Victoria's Secret (who acknowledged that 30AA is indeed her size), I paid the postage to return the bras in exchange for the next size up in band size.  Those bras arrived and they were as tight as the first set.  I called and explained the problem, which I deem to be in the sizing of the bras.  I politely asked if they could send me a shipping label this time, since this was my second attempt.  I received a curt no and that was it.  Customer service is NOT their forte.

My only complaint is that I found the same bras at the local JC Penney store for half the price of the ones I bought on line at Her Room. While I didn't have to fight the crowds, I will check there next time before I buy on line.

Prices were the same as retail; Add in shipping/handling and prices were actually higher than retail store. No advantage to using HerRoom, other than they had item(s) in stock and the store did not.

The tracking was so detailed and i really appreciated that, as i had no bras at all to wear, and they got to me within a few days. Hope that is the norn and not an exception. My experience has been great.

Regarding item # 6 above, I ordered the item on their web site so neither of the choice you provide apply. My experience with this merchant has always been stellar, and I always go to their web site first when I need something that I believe they might carry. Product is always shipped promptly, and I've never had a problem. Also, I've never been disappointed with the quality of the items I've purchased from them. They are truly a pleasure to do business with. They are top notch.

I purchased two very expensive (FARR-WEST brand) slips for my wife. They are on the "small" (tight) side for her bra band size which is 41 inches. These were the largest size listed (42 inch.) She has decided not to return them unless she can get a slightly larger size at the bust line. There are other complaints about this size problem on their site although the brand is highly respected. Good luck to other purchasers of this brand.
