I have yet to receive the product purchased almost one month ago. They have had several delays due to issues with their distributor. I have complained several times and they have offered no timeline of delivery and offered to refund my money. I JUST WANT THE PRODUCT for my 14 month old. IT WAS A HOLIDAY PRESENT.

My original order was unable to be fullfilled due to a fire at the manufacturers facility. Heirloom wooden toys found a replacement item that was of the same if not better quality and honored the original price. When they notified me of the fire I never expected that they would be able to find a manufacturer that could deliver the product in time for the Christmas holiday. Very simple. I ordered online, received emails about the shipping status and received the package right on time. The Learning Tower is a great item; well built and perfect for our daughter's desire to "help" in the kitchen.

I was very happy with my shopping experience. After I ordered the product on-line, I received an e-mail stating that the order was being processed. Then I received an e-mail stating that it had been processed and if I needed any further assistance, I could contact my personal contact. I received a name of a contact person and I really appreciated it. The order was shipped free of charge and I received it more quickly than I expected it. I'm very happy with the quality of the Kindergarten Sized Blocks that I ordered. They were exactly what I wanted.

I wanted a "Learning Tower" for my 1-year-old. I actually saw it in a catalog and lost the catalog so I looked it up online. Heirloom Wooden Toys had it for $25 less and didn't charge shipping so it was $50 less than at most stores. It shipped on time and I had no problems. So they are both a time and money saver. I would definitely shop here again.

I ordered a Learning Tower. I was surprised when it took 8 days to arrive. When it did come, it contained two identical sides, rather than opposites, so we could not put it together. The company responded quickly, customer service was wonderful and they sent us an entire new tower. The new tower came in 3 days. Overall, I am please with my experience.
