Good selection but lacking customer service

I ordered a bracelet and several charms. All but one charm arrived - they never called to say it was backordered, just stuck a label to my invoice. I waited some more and finally asked where the remaining charm was. It was still not available. Their response was less than the 'excellent' customer service they pride themselves on. Although I asked for one, they did not offer to ship an extra link (it costs $1!) so I am not able to wear my bracelet til I get another charm. In the end I cancelled the order. They are available other places with free shipping.
