Their website was simple to navigate and product line very extensive so I could choose just the right heater for my needs. The descriptions were clear and the price was right. The ordering was easy, the item arrived in less than a week and the entire experience was without problems. I will keep this merchant in mind and recommend them to others, I was that pleased with the transaction.

Buyer Beware! This company changes its name to avoid bad feedback ratings. They go under airnwater, heater-home, honeywell-thermostats etc. You can find out whether it is the same shop by looking at their postal address which is in Fountain Valley, CA.
I had to call and email them several times to get the order shipped. Finally when it arrived they they had shipped a used linevoltpro 7000(manual model) inside a linevoltpro 8000 (digital model) box. They would not respond to my emails when I tried to contact them.

Shipping department failed to notice HUGE damage to side of manufacturers box before placing it in Air & Water shipping box. Terms of return are: when we recieve call tag from FedEx, new product will be shipped. If A&W shipping department inspected boxes BEFORE shipping to customer, I could be using the product ordered. Instead I have to wait additional days while damaged merchandise returs to California before new merchindise is sent. Customer service very good about accepting return but I would not recommend purchase with shipping depatments lack of care.
