Heater-Home's web site was very informative about their products and very easy to use. I ordered this heater Saturday afternoon from the West Coast and it arrived in PA on Thursday afternoon, using standard shipping. The unit was very well packed, with it's box inside of another shipping box. I would definately use this merchant again.

I tried to purchase 2 Heaters (the other was a Soleus) which were both listed as being in stock. I only received the NewAir one and was told the other was out of stock. To make this short, they cost me more time and money to get what they claimed to have had to begin with...not happy.

I was charged four days ago for this product...have made several calls to this company and requested a manager I haven't recieved any call backs from anyone about my concerns. They can NOT produce a tracking number and the company that they order from has not received an order for me as of yet. Very disappointed and they have the nerve to charge me a 150.00 delivery fee and returning the product would cost me additional too. Never again!!

Product was shown "in stock" online, at time I made the purchase. Then received an email saying it was "out of stock" (after paying for it of course) and that it would be 1-2 weeks before they would have anymore. We also filled out the forms online to pay with our billing address, but to have shipped to another address. Then got emails that since the "shipping address" wasn't the same as the billing, that we had to fill out more forms and send in to them before they would complete our order. Delay after delay...the weather has turned cold, we have no heat, and still waiting on our heaters.

no fault of theirs, the fed ex tracking number only showed that it departed the 19th and that was all there was until it was delivered the 24th. sometimes fed ex does real well and not so well others... other than that, seems to be ok, have not had to use the product yet (and hope not to have to for a while yet)..

I selected 3 day delivery. It was 4 days before they even shipped the order. It should not take that long to process an order, especially when it is 3 day or less delivery is paid for. Loved the product, but next time will deal with another seller.
