I was supposed to receive a $20 mail in rebate. None arrived with my purchase. I had to talk to a live representative then call an automated rebate processing center whare I had to choose among 3 options for my rebate. I chose the third to receive a bebate form which has to be mailed to me and sent in with a copy of my invoice adding another 7-10 weeks (according to the automated system) to get my rebate back. If this is the process I will think twice about letting the offer ofd a rebate affect my purchase. This process is onerous.

I like Heartland's deals and will order again but I have not received my order nor have I heard from Heartland to tell me why. I will contact them to find out about my order. I also liked being able to use paypal.

Probably. Iordered this item a week or so ago, and now, I receive an email my order has been shipped on 07/09/2009. This means seven or ten days from the above date I may expect delivery. This was a lousey experience to say the least. The item was ordered via the internet. HF

I had trouble with on-line process. The name of the source code on the back of the catalog and name of the source code on the screen were not the same. As a result, I did not enter the source code for free shipping. I went to the next page expecting to have a confirmation screen that would allow me to enter the code or go back if I was not satisfied with the total amount due, but when I went to the next screen, the purchase was already finalized. I then called customer service to explain what happened and they were not able to immediately help me. They told me to call back later when they received the order. I called the next day, explained what happened and they were able to give me credit for the free shipping. I have not received the product yet and hope it will be here soon.

After being encouraged to pay EXTRA for 10% discounts and NO shipping charges, it takes the better part of a week before the package is sent out for delivery. I expect total delivery time will be at least two weeks. In today's computerized ordering, it seems excessive to take longer than 48 hours to ship out products. Less time would even be better, that way just waiting on the mail carrier with tracking capability would be OK.

Wallet was not described adequately. I thought I ordered smooth leather wallets and they are a brushed leather. Look very cheap. Am returning them. I have been very pleased with prior purchases and will continue to buy from the company.

They send out too many mailers. One a month is more than I need; also get numerous e-mails, one a month is more effective and less time consumng. Products can be located for the same or similar prices normally, but usually not worth the effort to search them out. Good product selection, quality of items not great but returns relatively simple .

Returning the Carrot Stick was not what I expected, uses way to many fertilizer pellets at one time, too expensive.
