I had called and asked customer service if an owners manual came with the computer and she told me yes. This played a part in my decision to make the purchase. All that was received was a 13 page generic "manual" which only had about 2 pages of really useful information. Luckily I have computer experience. I am having to download a manual from the manufacturer, luckily they provide it for free. I had also asked about the number of USB ports and the operator couldn't tell me. She said it looked like there where 2, apparently looking at a picture, but she knew that all had at least one! The operators should have more information available to them.

In the ad said compare to a $299.00 guitar. The item # R1-68493 guitar I received does not even come close to guitars I have seen in that price range.

The rebate form kept coming up that they couldn't locate my item, so I think it is a farce. Don't approve of these type of "carrots". If there is a rebate, then give it to the consumer, if not, don't dangle the carrot. Very disappointed in this part of the order.

Worst company ever.  Don't buy anything from them.  I ordered a woman's watch that arrived with chips in the glass face.  Oh, did I forget to mention the watch did not work.  I called Heartland America and aksed for a return postage prepaid label.  I was told one would be mailed to me.  Fifteen days later, it still has not arrived.  I finally had to pay $7.30 to return the worthless merchandise.  I know Heartland was hoping I would continue waiting past 30 days at which time they would not have to refund my money but instead give me a credit.  Why would I want a credit.  I have no intentions of every ordering anything again.

This merchant has one annoying tactic--running the price up through excessive postage charges and a $2.99 handling fee. I would buy more from this merchant if it were not for these add-on charges. If I see a product I want, I will usually try to find it at some other supplier before ordering from Heartland.

I am giving up unless they credit my account correctly. They charge shipping when its advertise they will not, the return label is very delayed then you send the merchandise back and they do not credit your account you havd to dispute and then charge you back Very bad customer service
