4 days ago I ordered a bag. Today it is on sale $10 cheaper. I called them and they would not give me the sale price. Also, they were rude and just didn't care. They have horrible customer service. If you see something in their magazine you want, look it up on Ebay first. I couldn't find the bag on Ebay, otherwise that's where I would have bought it.

After I clicked to proceed with the sale, the next screen tried to push a product (pump for liquids) which I did not want and rejected. I tried to return to the previous screen but could not. In the effort to do this, the system added not one but two pumps to my order, which I could not remove. I fount this BAD. Customer service could not access the order for two days. A second call did get the unwanted pumps pulled from my order. The shipping order shows the pumps as back ordered. This is not exceptional. It is routine at Heartland America.

Sometimes they are slow to deliver. You need to be careful about their prices as they advertise huge savings, but when you check out the prices elsewhere at similar lower priced sites, they are either the same or not much different. On the plus side, the website is easy to navigate and most of the items are well described.
