A credit was not posted to my PayPal account on 9-3-09 the day I was told it was. I called customer service 0n 9-14-09 and was only told the records show I only paid the amount after the credit even though my Paypal account showed no credit was given. I had to call Paypal to complain and they told me to ask for a credit report number. I then Emailed Heartland back with that request. The same day I received an email back that credit was given and Paypal notified me my account was credited. I shouldn't have had to contact Paypal as your customer service rep should have followed through.

They did not completely fill out the shipping address as was listed when I placed order resulting in an UPS inability to deliver. Had to call Heartland and UPS to get matter resolved, delivery delayed. Have not received item as of this email sending.

Product arrived on time. However the size 10W boot was 1/2 inch narrower than other size 10W shoes/boots I have. Product is being returned for a refund.

Product received in timely matter, but the flashlight was not "bright, as advertised", and it's really not worth my time or money for shipping to return, so my problem is with the product.

A not so good experience. I ordered the item, was indicated available. Went through the whole on-line purchase scenario. Later that day I got an e-mail stating that the item was not available. The procedure wasted my time.
