Quick UPS delivery, before ETA. Buying clothing on-line is a crap shoot even knowing sizing. The motorcycle jacket size i chose (my bad) was still larger than i expected but still acceptable. The Dell computer ordered was shipped package perfect and appearence great. However, Peripheral cables not mentioned or included. Did have XP2000 not Vista. Major . Vista sux! The CD-RW drawer was stuck. had to tap some then opened. Tried an audio CD but Windows Media Player and or CD drive did not see any disc. No disc would play. Says "NO DISC IN DRIVE". Oh well, thankfully I purchased this computer for my elderly Mother, who is not so much into music disc. But she did buy some nice speakers that are useless to Cd drive now.

The solar lights are up and they work well. They don't provide a lot of light but they do light up a small area. I do have one item on back-order, it's been over a month and I still have not received it. I have been notified about the delay, that helps!

I haven't received the item yet. It is a large item so it's not too surprising that it is taking over a week. The contact I refer to above was to notify Heartland America that their website popped up a message that I would receive free shipping if I ordered that day, but the checkout process added shipping charges anyway. I was not too surprised by that, as the shipping charges matched those claimed in their paper catalog, but I thought they should either fix their website or honor the error. The courtesy of a reply would have been nice but I never received one.

My experience seemed to okey apart from the delay in sending it. Your B/O processes need some improvement. You have to keep the customer alarted on the delay because of the unavailabilty of the product. Dont wait till the customer call before you explain, after all you have the customer's E- mail address.

My husband ordered a set of outside solar lights. They were missing parts when delivered, and when he contacted customer service he was told that he had to repackage them, and return them insured at his own cost, and only then they would send him a replacement. This is an unacceptable way of doing business.

When I received the item , it was not working. I called to inquire about an exchange and was infomred that they no longer had the item in stock, but they could issue a refund. I really wanted the item, so I obtained someone else to come and install it, and they informed me that the motor appeared to not be in working condition. I contacted Heartland America to inquire about the return process, and was informed that I was responsible for the shipping costs, even though the lock was defective. I will not shop with them again.

A credit was not posted to my PayPal account on 9-3-09 the day I was told it was. I called customer service 0n 9-14-09 and was only told the records show I only paid the amount after the credit even though my Paypal account showed no credit was given. I had to call Paypal to complain and they told me to ask for a credit report number. I then Emailed Heartland back with that request. The same day I received an email back that credit was given and Paypal notified me my account was credited. I shouldn't have had to contact Paypal as your customer service rep should have followed through.
