Horrible experience, misleading and I would not recommend to anyone.

I placed an order for their toy sewing machine with express 2 day shipping on a Thursday, believing for some reason that as their website states my order would be processed within 24 hours leaving me to believe that it would be shipped out the next day (Friday) and I would get it on Monday. They sent an email to let me know they got the order and that I would receive another email when it had actually been processed, actually they sent three of those which made me worry I had somehow accidentally ordered three sewing machines. But a call to customer service told me I hadn't.This was on Friday, the day I thought my order would be shipped out. By Sunday I still had not got the confirmation email that indeed my order was on it's way. My credit card had already been charged. I emailed their customer service and was told it would ship out on Monday and weather permitting I should get it by Tuesday. No explanation as to why I never got the confirmation email which made me wonder what would have happened if I hadn't emailed them. I was told that their two day express service actually takes 4 days and when I complained saying that their website is misleading (because nowhere does it say 2 day express shipping actually takes 4 days) I was given several different excuses, one was the weather delayed the shipping, another was they have 24 hours to process orders and UPS has 24 hours to process orders (how this equals 4 days I couldn't get them to explain) and I was told they don't ship over the weekend. Since when does Friday count as the weekend? Overall a very bad experience, which is very disappointing considering their website claims 100% guaranteed satisfaction no matter what.
