We first ordered a 2 inch mattress pad. On the first night we used it, we noticed that our backs no longer hurt at night and in the morning! So we ordered a pillow (I already have a memory foam pillow) for my husband, and he loves it, too. However, the pillow had a small tear in it, and Brian at Healthy Foundations immediately suggested that they would exchange it. However, the tear was minor and my husband didn't want to do without the pillow for a week, so we decided to keep it. We told Brian about it, and he told me that our decision is fine but if the tear gets worse or if we simply changed our minds about not having it exchanged, then not to hesitate to contact him. He was also very helpful when we were deciding the thickness of the pad. The products are great and the customer service is wonderful. We would definitely purchase from them again.

We travel FULL TIME in a MOTOR HOME (for business), and I think of David @ Healthy Foundations if not nightly, then certainly weekly. I am so so so grateful for his recommendation. Before putting the pad on our bed, I thought I had the beginning of middle-age back problems (despite being healthy and trim). It seemed as if I could not fall asleep easily, and I always woke in the middle of the night with discomfort. I thought this unusual, as we had a new (expensive) motor home, with a NEW mattress. This is a review based on Healthy Foundation's customer service. I will submit another review on the product once I receive it and try it out for a few weeks.

I live in Canada and just purchased a mattress today. Currently, shipping is not available to Canada, but I had made arrangements to send it to a friend's place in Michigan. Without getting into too many details--Healthy Foundations went above and beyond to help accommodate me. I had a special set of circumstances and Chris and Brian really stepped up and came through for me. Chris was extremely courteous on the phone. I was told he would call me back after he figures out a solution for me. Their response time was great! 10 minutes later, I had purchased my new Healthy Foundations mattress!

I had great customer service from start to finish with Healthy Foundations. The order was processed quickly and delivered as promised. We kept the mattress for several months. I loved the mattress, but in the end my wife decided it wasn't quite what she wondered. I contacted the company to ask about the 365-day return policy, a little concerned because it had been so long since we purchased. We'd had it less than 365 days, but still, I had to wonder if there would be some "gotcha" clauses that I hadn't read in the fine print.

I got a prompt reply about how to handle the return and they really couldn't have made it easier. Once they received the return at the fulfillment center, the refund was credited to my card ASAP.

I'd have no reservations recommending the product and the company to others. The only online shopping company that I've dealt with that comes close is Zappos. They both are customer-focused and have great products.

I am very pleased with my entire experience in purchasing my bed from Healthy Foundations. There was enough info on their website to answer my questions and when I spoke with their reps they answered all my questions. Once I made my purchase I received a ebill from them and shortly thereafter a email from UPS with tracking info. The bed arrived in no time I ordered it on a Tuesday and received it on Friday (I even talked the UPS guy into helping me carry it upstairs). The bed was easy to remove from the packaging and My Wife and I were able to put it up on the foundation. As for the smell it is not that bad and quickly went away. I have been sleeping on it for a week now and feel more rested and not as sore when I wake up. I would recommend Healthy Foundations to anyone that like me had sticker shock when they started pricing the TempurPedic beds.

Thanks much for the full disclosure- though you probably could have gotten away with never saying a word and quietly changing your web site, it speaks volumes about your company that you chose a different path.

Allow me to say that I, as well as several overnight guests, have slept soundly on my mattress since I got it in December. Every person who has spent the night on it is wowed- it's pressure-free, comfortable sleep.

I've had a Healthy Foundations topper pad for a few years, and I just love it - wouldn't want to sleep without it. I didn't want to spend the money to get a whole memory foam bed, and my mattress really wasn't that bad - just too firm. So I looked around and found Healthy Foundations on the web - and they had such great information and offered such a fair money back trial that I decided to take a shot and try out their topper pad. I went with the 2" pad, and boy it just made all the difference in the world. The pad has such a nice inviting feel, and it conforms and cradles my body in a wonderful way. Healthy Foundations was great to do business with - the topper pad arrived quickly and was just as advertised. If you have an overly firm bed, try out this topper pad - it really gives me a great night's sleep.

The descriptions, narrative, and analysis appearing at the Healthy Foundations website convinced me to buy the 2 in. mattress topper, the Platinum Mattress pad protector, and a pillow as a special gift. Apparently all the advice on the website was good advice. The person who tried the gifts had degenerative discs and continuing pain in her lower back. After using the memory foam for a few days, she was ecstatic about her lack of pain and about how wonderful she felt each morning. She said, "It's like therapy while you're sleeping" and " I will never sleep on anything else" and "Every time I make my bed I just praise God...I have no pain while moving around (totally unlike before trying the memory foam). The delivery was timely and I would recommend the products on Healthy Foundations for anyone in need of a great night's sleep. The choice to purchase from Healthy Foundations was a fabulous choice.

Healthy Foundation is true to their "365 day Money Back Trial." I purchased a topper in January and returned it in June, without hassle. Of course, I was responsible for the return shipping, which is more than reasonable.

As a side note, there was nothing wrong with the Healthy Foundation topper. The topper did provide a more cushy/softer feel; however, my mattress was just too firm.

If you feel like you need just a little more cushion or want a melting into your bed feeling, I would recommend the topper, yet if your mattress is very firm the topper probably won't help relieve your pains/aches. The good news is that you can try the topper out, without worry thanks to Healthy Foundations risk free trial.

For years I have slept like a baby (woke up every 2 hours, crying). What a change since I started sleeping on this mattress. This mattress is phenomenal. Now I sleep 8 hours and wake up refreshed. No need for you to look any further...it is all that it claims and more! Arrived in 3 days, but I had to wait another two days for the mattress protector. The smell was there but went away in 2 days. I am of a certain age (and experience some power surges) but have not found the mattress to be hot. I love the mattress, my husband loves it, and my cats love it! I also love the fact that when I turn over, it does not disturb the husband or the cats. They are happy.

We have had the Healthy Foundations topper pad on our bed for about a month now and I can safely say that I am fully relieved of all problems associated with my mattress. We have a very firm mattress and I would wake up with sore spots, mainly at my shoulder and my hip. Every since I got this pad, this is no longer a problem. Once I lay down on it and sink in, it's hard to stay awake. I sleep fully and deeply and then wake up rested, and that used to rarely happen.

We got the 3" thick queen size and just put a "t-shirt" cotton fitted sheet over it and it's extremely comfortable. I can't imagine how comfortable it would be with silk sheets.

I wanted to write because nowdays a good buying experience is not the norm. I had looked at full memory foam mattresses online and to be honest, I just couldn't afford $2,000 right now. So I researched memory foam toppers and ound you. I didn't know what to buy and was afraid to trust in just any online vendor. But I read your recommendations for the 2:, not trying to push the 4" thick topper and the honesty in the recommendation made me think that I'd like to give it a chance. You seemed so honest.

Anyway, within 5-6 days, my topper arrived. I aired it like you said and then installed it on my bed. From the very first night the tingling and numbness I had in my arms from sleeping on my mattress disappeared. The topper is so comfortable but my problem disappearing was really what I was going for. I am sold on your toppers and the quickness of delivery and response to my emails. You will certainly get more business from me in the future.

I got all the information I needed from the web site to make an informed purchase, including comparisons with other available products and links to other anecdotal evidence. I ordered this on Monday evening and received it on Wednesday, so I recommend this site without qualification. Besides that, I have severe chronic low back pain. The first morning after sleeping on it, there was a noticeable difference. After three nights, the pain was less than it's been for years, so I would also recommend this product without reservation.

Healthy Foundations:   I liked that there was no answer machine when we ordered, a nice gentleman answered the phone and took our order/information.   I liked the price verses the leading brands of the memory foam mattresses.  Plus the fact that we had read nothing but great reviews about this company.  Well we got our mattress the exact day as promised (ordered on tues. got it on thurs. morning---so GREAT).  It was like air vacuumed sealed, which was a good thing.  Wrapped in heavy plastic and in a heavy cardboard box.  This is good to prevent shipping damage.  First night of sleep was fabulous!  Thank you Healthy Foundations.  I think we made a very good investment!  Just wish we would have bought it sooner, because my husband has back problems, he says after sleeping on the healthy foundations mattress it in just one night, he felt better.  Thank you so much.

Excellent service, but topper was not for me. Couldn't get passed the smell. After one week the topper still had a strong, chemical smell. I wrote to Brian and explained my concerns, including information I read regarding the toxicity of the chemicals used to make his topper-TDI. Brian was great and answered all my questions but felt that my topper would not lose the smell. I was upset because I had read so many great reviews and couldn't believe no one else had this problems. I have a weak sense of smell so this came as a surprise. I had no problems getting my refund quickly. If you want to try a memory topper, this is the place. However, I will be looking for 100 percent natural latex!

I am extremely pleased with Healthy Foundations. This is the third 2-inch topper I've purchased from them; my first purchase was almost 5 years ago. I replaced it a couple of months ago, and also bought one as a gift. The pads are incredible; I've purchased memory foam toppers from other sources but these are by far the best quality I've seen.

I would also highly recommend the mattress protector. I was using a thinner quilted mattress pad over the topper, which I was very happy with. But I recently replaced it with a waterproof protector, and WOW!... what a difference! They are absolutely right. I can feel the full benefits of the foam now; I didn't know what I was missing. It also seems to sleep a bit cooler than with the quilted cotton pad, which is an added benefit.

Healthy Foundations has a very informative website, and their speed of delivery is top-notch. They also email detailed instructions on how to unpack and care for the toppers, and provide tracking information for the delivery. A most excellent company to deal with... both the company and their products are highly recommended!!

The company's customer service is second to none. I must admit, I was a bit skeptical, even after reading all the positive comments and feedback on this site and others, given this was such a large purchase and there was no way to try it first.

In the end, both the mattress, the customer service and the delivery times far, far exceeded my expectations. The mattress is every bit as good as they advertise and the comments here were right on. I doubt very seriously I'd ever buy from anyone else again if I ever needed another mattress. I received my California King 3'' mattress topper on September 7th. As long as the pad holds up for as long as they say it should (3 or 4 years) then its worth the price I paid. I am a bit suspect that it will hold up only because I am 6'6'' and weigh about 210 lbs, but so far so good. I would suggest to anyone buying a new mattress to buy a cheaper mattress and put the money you save toward the topper. I think as long as your mattress is firm, you don't need a high dollar mattress when you have the memory foam topper...its that comfortable!

I love my new 10" memory foam mattress from Healthy Foundations. I looked at Tempurpedic but it was a little out of my price range. So I came across the Healthy Foundations website and decided to take a chance on a lower cost alternative without actually trying it out first. Boy am I glad I did!! It came in 9 days with no problems. Absolutely no smell when taken out of the package. To me it provides much better support than the Tempuredic. It is firm but at the same time makes you feel like you are sleeping on a cloud. I no longer have a stiff back in the morning. The down side is that I do not want to get out of bed in the morning and can't wait to get back in bed at night.
So if you are on the fence, I definitely think you should give this mattress a try. There is no reason to spend extra money for a Tempurpedic.

I wanted to email you and let you know of my satisfaction with my
new mattress. It arrived in good order and within 7 days of placing the
order. It was easy to unpack and expanded rapidly to full size. I have
had two back surgeries and was having great difficulty sleeping with my
one year old conventional mattress, but the relief I have gotten from
the Healthy Foundations mattress has been amazing. I sleep much longer
and awake with no back ache at all. At first I was uncertain how I might
like it, as my first impression was that it was too firm, but it doesn't
take but a few minutes for the mattress to conform to me and all the
pressure points vanish. Now that my back doesn't hurt, I now can notice
that my pillows aren't up to snuff either... so I just ordered 2 of your
memory foam pillows as well ! Thanks for a wonderful product at a price
that real people can manage...
