I was very pleased with my shopping experience with Healthy Foundations. I did not have any direct experience with customer service, because Healthy Foundations accurately predicted the date of delivery.

As the website describes, the mattress arrives shrink-wrapped. The packaging was very sturdy, and the mattress arrived in pristine condition.

I was nervous about purchasing such a high ticket item online, but I have been very pleased over the past month with the quality of the mattress I purchased. I have recommended the site to at least one friend and would not hesitate to recommend it to others who are in the market for a memory foam mattress.

Well unfortunately for me the memory foam mattress didn't work for me. I believe it is a high quality mattress, but I suffer from MS and it was just to firm for me and didn't help relieve my pain at night. After trying the bed for awhile I realized this mattress wasn't going to work, so I contacted Brian and he explained how to do the return and once that was completed I received my refund. This is an excellent company and I would recommend doing business with them. They are honest and stand behind their products.

I ordered one of their 3-inch, full-size memory foam topper pads and I couldn't be happier with it. It transformed the horrible, granite hard (yet new) mattress that was supplied with my student apartment, into something that feels amazing, like the expensive tempur-pedic mattress my family has back home.

Delivery speed was fine, it shipped immediately and got from their warehouse in California to Upstate NY in around 3 to 4 days.

Mattress pad protector shipped, and got here a few days later.

No issues with customer service, and my overall satisfaction is very high.

The 10" memory foam mattress is the best mattress my husband and I have ever slept on.  We have had our mattress for 2 years now and have absolutely no problems.  We were hesitant about buying a mattress on-line as many people are but rest assured that Healthy Foundations has great customer service.  Our mattress arrived just 5 days after our order was processed.  Two people can easily lift and move the mattress when rolled up.  There was no off-gassing or much smell as reported by many competitor brands.  We did let it air out for the recommended amount of time and have had a perfect night's sleep ever since that day.  We don't use a topper but just purchased a nice quality mattress pad from a local retailer.  We also purchased the memory foam pillows and were happy with them as well.   I cannot say this enough - DO NOT spend the extra money for the high priced competitors.  This bed has been one of the best investments we ever made.  We no longer wake up with aches and pains.

I have been in need of a new bed for years.  I was very Leary about buying a bed on-line.  I am so glad I ordered it, despite my fears.  I LOVE it.  The only challenge I have encountered so far is finding sheets to fit an attached topper.  The bed arrived in great condition only a few days after I ordered it.  I was able to position on my frame myself with on trouble at all.  It does take some adapting to the way the foam takes time to reform after movement.  I live in the Pacific Northwest and have my window open all winter so when it was 20F outside my bed was very stiff and comfortable I am concerned it may be soft this summer and hot to sleep in, but I am sure we will adapt to each other. If I outlive my Luxe 13" memory foam mattress I Know where to find another.

My mattress will come today, and I know I am going to enjoy it. But I already am thrilled with Healthy Foundations! I have never experienced such personal and helpful customer service. I was having a problem (actually it was UPS problem) with tracking my order. I shot an e-mail to Healthy Foundations, and within a short time, a most helpful and informative customer service rep phoned me, gave me the information I needed, and urged me to follow up if I had any more difficulty. Having dealt with companies that help only with "form e-mail replies," this was so comforting and satisfying.

Have to admit that I was skeptical after reading the reviews as it seemed "to good to be true" to have an honest merchant with a great product all in one package! Before placing my order, I spoke with a live "pleasant" human who had all the answers to my questions. Received my 2" Queen topper within a week of placing the order, and my experience using it so far has been "heavenly" making it extremely difficult to get out of bed in the a.m. "I've slept like a baby." Although, I found the website very wordy, if you're interested in foam mattress products of any kind, the Healthy Foundations website is the site to visit. The website is very thorough, containing a tremendous amount of useful "Foam for Dummies" information. I'm already contemplating the purchase of a 2nd topper as a gift. Any future foam products purchased will be with this company as I am a believer that they are a great company with a great product!

My wife and I had a three year old Serta Mattress that was killing my back. My wife also has arthritis and was waking up hurting every morning. After doing much research on memory foam mattresses, we bought the healthy foundations 10" mattress. I ordered on Monday, and it was delivered on Wednesday ! WOW!

After only two nights on this mattress, no more backaches, and my wife is waking up with virtually no pain. I can't explain how pleased we are with this purchase. The customer service is excellent. I would recommend this mattress and this company to anyone with a health condition. This mattress is at least 1,000.00 less than the tempurpedic, and presents excellent value. Two thumbs up!

Shopping: The website provided all the information needed to make the purchase, and placing the order was a treat for somebody who doesn't like to order online.

Delivery: The mattress was out of stock at the time of order. We received updates to let us know when to expect it; it arrived a week AHEAD of schedule.

Product: My wife's ongoing back pain and leg cramps have disappeared, and I no longer find it hard to get to sleep. No matter how long (or short) our sleep we wake up refreshed and feeling like we got a full night's sleep.

There was a very slight chemical odor when we first cut open the shipping bag which totally vanished after 2 or 3 days. For hundreds less than the "T brand" the Healthy Foundations mattress is a great investment. I only wonder why we took so long to make the change.

The memory form mattress arrived a week to the day from when I ordered it and is exactly what your site says. It fits the bed perfectly and not at all like what you can buy in local stores. I'm totally satisfied! When it arrived, I opened it and placed it on the bed and it bounced to size in just a short time. I'm sure this is because it doesn't sit wrapped up for a long time. The cover actually arrived before the pad. I have it out on another of our beds airing out although the scent is not bad at all. I hope you get a lot of business because your product is exactly as you advertise. It may be a little more than the cheaper brands but, as the saying goes, "you get what you pay for."

I researched this purchase to death. I just could not justify paying top dollar for the name-brand mattress. Actually even paying the price for this mattress was a stretch. I simply did not expect the mattress to perform up to the hype. After reading the reviews, and given the 1 year guarantee, we pulled the trigger on a Healthy Foundations King Mattress. It arrived quickly, and was in great condition. We opened the bag, let it expand, and slept on it an hour later. There was almost no odor the first night, and none at all by the second night. I have never slept so good! I didn't realize just how poorly I was sleeping on my other mattress. After a month of use I can say that I am just as happy with it as I was the first day. I have absolutely no regrets about spending the money, and I'm glad I found this mattress before I was convinced to drop almost $3000 on the other choice. This is by far the best furniture purchase we have ever made. Buy one today!

New camper had couch cushions so I bought a topper. Slept like a dream. Back home, I had hip and lower back pain every morning which I didn't have when camping. Ordered another topper - after two nights, hip pain almost gone and NO LOWER BACK PAIN !!!!!!! I will never again sleep without my toppers - WOW - AMAZING - and to think of all the creams, ointments, pain killers, etc. I have used. I was always looking for a solution instead of removing the problem. My husband doesn't like change at all - but after two nights, he is sleeping better - less tossing and turning. After extensive research into memory foam mattresses, I ordered a queen size from Healthy Foundations in June 2007. This is the best purchase I have made in years. My husband has suffered from hip and shoulder pain for years, but sleeping on the new mattress has eliminated the pain. It has also made a difference in the quality of my sleep, it is much improved.
