Smooth transaction. Mattress arrived on time. After unpacking and setup, there was no odor. We’ve been sleeping on it for 2 and a half weeks. Mattress is very comfortable. I would consider it a little softer than the Tempurpedic Cloud Deluxe, which I looked at and laid on, but couldn’t bring myself to spend $4500 for. The motion from my partner is drastically reduced form my conventional inner spring mattress. Pressure points are also reduced allowing me to sleep in one position longer. I also purchased the recommended mattress cover/protector. Excess heat has not been noticed. Short term ownership review is good to very good.

I can't say enough about this company and their memory foam mattress.  I was first impressed with the information provided on their website, their willingness to answer specific questions, and their 365-day guarantee.  After much research on memory-foam mattress, theirs appeared to be my best risk-free option. 

And having slept on the mattress for more than four months, I can say that I've never been happier with a mattress than I am with theirs.  I call it "Bed Heaven".  After a long busy day at work or a Saturday spent in the garden, it immediately cradles my body and allows it to fully relax into sleep.  I'm fortunate to have no back problems, but at 60 years of age, even a good back needs a supportive mattress.

Mattress was received on time, rather quickly, and in excellent condition. Instructions for opening and using were complete and easy to follow. The purchase was primarily for my wife's comfort and she was not comfortable on the mattress. We made arrangements to return the mattress according to instructions from Healthy Foundations which were precise and complete. The return went without any problems and our payment was refunded to our credit card.

Your site is so informative i didn't feel like I needed to look anywhere else.We weren't sure the 2 inch topper was going to help our bed because we should be getting a new one soon. The mattress arrived within a week of ordering by UPS in spite of having to come from Florida to the NW corner of Washington state during severe tornado storms battering the center of thh nation from north to south. excellent web site with generous amount of information, easy ordering, delivered as noted in the e mail sent after purchase. I did months of research on foam mattress toppers as I had purchased one and it turned out to be hard, uncomfortable, and non-returnable. I have to admit after a poor purchase I was skeptical about ordering another one. I am so GLAD I decided to get the 3 inch topper. It fits perfectly on our bed, does not move like the other one and is so comfortable to sleep on! Sorry I didn't find this site the first time I ordered a topper. Would buy again! I was very impressed with the service at "Healthy Foundations".  I ordered a two inch topper and tried it for about three months.  It did not work out and I returned it by UPS.  I received a full refund a few days later, no questions asked.  I was very impressed.  I would highly recommend this company.  It is not common for a company to have such a good return policy.  I thought it was too good to be true but "Healthy Foundations" really kept their word.

I ordered the mattress and a mattress topper on Sunday, January 29th. They arrived on Wednesday, February 1st which was unbelievably quick - I wasn't expecting them until the following week. The mattress was packed as described and filled out to 90% within an hour - fully after 24 hours. We were able to sleep on it that night!

I can not say enough how welcoming it is to have a company stand behind its product not just in words on the internet but in actions as Healthy Foundations did with my order. I was hesitant to order a mattress online, especially with a company that doesn't have a phone number to contact. But from the first question I had to the last, Healthy Foundations answered all of my e-mails fast and accurate. Their customer service was better than I would have ever expected. I don't ever write reviews for companies, but this time it was beyond deserving. While the mattress I ordered was too soft for my liking (but still excellent quality), the company refunded my order with no questions asked. Be careful of other sites who have fine print about returns. And be careful of retail stores who say you are guaranteed satisfaction, but do everything they can in legalese to prevent you from returning a product you don't like. That was not the case for Healthy Foundations! This company deserves an A+++ rating from the Better Business Bureau. I know I would personally recommend this company to anyone searching for a memory foam mattress.
