My wife & I have now slept on our king size mattress for 6 nights now; and, we are both extremely satisfied. My wife insists on a firm bed, but I like comfort....this mattress fits both requirements.

When the mattress topper arrived, I immediately put it on the bed, and by bedtime it was unrolled and seemed ready to use. The odor was minimal, and didn't bother either my husband or me (and I'm very sensitive to smells). By morning I knew I wanted a second one for our king-size bed, and that arrived yesterday. I'm delighted with both the toppers and the mattress covers, and your prompt service as well. Both products exceeded my expectations. There's no tossing and turning to find a comfortable position, and for someone with back problems that's great! My 11-year old grandson slept in the bed one night and declared it "awesome"...I agree. All the information contained on your web site was tremendously helpful and saved me a lot of time and travel; by the time I was done reading the information I felt very confident that this would be a good purchase. Very good product.I was lead to believe they ship DHL,I thought that ment DHL would deliver to my door.Wrong, to your local United States Post Office.I would have paid extra to have DHL deliver it to my home,instead I had to go to the local USPS to pick it up. I called there Customer Service about the DHL issue three times in two days ,and didn't recieve a call for two days. The product is very good,as promised.They dropped the ball on Customer Service. What a great purchase for the price! It is pretty firm at first, more comparable to the Tempur-Pedic Rhapsody model, which is a step above the Deluxe model that it's compared to in the Healthy Foundations website. It has gotten softer in the past two weeks and we sleep great! My husband who has deteriorating discs in his back hasn't woke up with any back pain since we got it...which is the main reason we purchased this type of mattress. We were concerned with buying online, but it came within three days and was packaged extremely well. We did let it "air out" over night and let it completely expand on our dining room table. It expands more to 11" than 10" which was fine with us. We are extremely happy with our purchase and would buy from Healthy Foundations again.

The experience with Healthy Foundations was excellent. NO other carriers/deliverers to our house have difficulty except for UPS. They delivered the package to house number 208 instead of 204. So it was *that night* before those neighbors came home and discovered that they had a package belonging to us. It may be helpful for packages worth over $1000 to require a signature at delivery. If that was an option on the website, I'm sorry that I missed it. Imagine my thoughts knowing that the tracking indicated "in carport" with time delivered AND NO PACKAGE. Don't even suggest riding around checking out carports. The garage where the package was left is entered on the side and the package could NOT be seen from the street. I DID call UPS that night; they returned my call the next morning.

Healthy Foundations was wonderful, as are their products. The mattress came by UPS and was on time. The mattress cover and pillow were shipped via DHL, which does not allow tracking in as detailed a manner as UPS. There was a problem with shipping the pillow (not sure where along the way the problem was) and we could not tell from the DHL shipping information that both products had not shipped together. Once we contacted Healthy Foundations, however, matters were quickly resolved. So even if it was their warehouse that did not ship the pillow, I can still recommend this merchant. Their merchandise is as advertised.
