I ordered a Queen size mattress pad and it was delivered within days by Fedex. The website is great- lots of good no nonsense information about memory foam, a must read for anyone looking to purchase any type of memory foam bedding product. I found it easy to navigate even on my WebTV. The website and accompanying instructions advise airing the pad for up to 48 hrs before using it, but I found that there was barely any odor, and what I could smell wasn't offensive at all. I emailed Brian to find out if it was OK to use after just a day's airing and he responded immediately- I can use it tonight and I can't wait for my first good night's sleep in quite a while! This isn't my first memory foam pad purchase- my first was a good one that lasted 8 years, the second was a cheaper one that bottomed out after only 3 months. This pad is quality all around and I know I'm going to be happy with it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Healthy Foundations to anyone. The website gives you good honest info about memory foam, no hard sell, excellent pricing and an unheard of in this day and age guarantee. Thank you Healthy Foundations!!
