They gladly took my payment and then shipped me an item that looks the same but is $100 cheaper than the one I ordered. When I called they had no one available to address the problem despite being open. They said they'd call me back, but then they never did of course. So I called them back, and had to put up a fight before the person I needed "returned." Now I received the item for a trip I was going on, but I could send them the address of where I was headed to have them ship the right item there. HOWEVER it is "company policy" (which is a poor excuse for bad service) that they will not send the correct item until they receive the wrong item from UPS. I've never heard of such an incredibly lame policy. I've had erroneous shipments before, but no one has ever held it against me. "You might ship us back an empty box" is what they told me. That is simply atrocious, and it left me up the creek for my vacation. Who know when I'll get my refund. They'll probably stiff me for it and tell me the box I returned was empty.
