I was unable to find the size/style Kleen Kanteen bottle I wanted at any local brick and mortar store, and was delighted to find your online listing of the exact item I wanted. Your product pricing was beyond competitive - it was the best deal I could find anywhere! The item was shipped and received within just a few days of ordering. Very impressive service.

First impressions are usually lasting impressions, my first order from HealthE came to me with the item (Ceramic Neti Pot) broken.  I called and e-mail HealthE, although they were in the middle of a snow storm, I got a phone call from HealthE the next day.  They apologized for the broken pot, reviewed my order information and told me a new pot will be out in the first available mail.  I received my Neti Pot 3 days later.  The customer service representative was courteous and very professional; He made me fill like I was a loyal long time customer.

I'll share with you my only experience with HealthE goods.  I placed an order online and accidently selected express shipping (which would have cost me like 28 bucks).  They were not only good enough to pick up on this as I would have received my order in 2-3 days normal shipping anyway, they emailed me to advise me of this and sent it to me normal shipping.  That is what I call great customer service.  It doesnt happen much today that you have a company that is looking out for your best interest.  If only more companies operated this way.

I recently ordered several bottles of Pharmax for lactose intolerance.  It came as it was ordered and within a relatively short amount of time.   The product works as it states, and the eye dropper is a real plus as opposed to the small plastic squeeze bottles that are difficult to use.  I was disappointed in the conversion factor.  I must have misread the information supplied by HealthE Goods as it takes twice as much product to convert the lactose as some other products.  I felt I paid a lot of money and really only got half of what I thought I was getting.  I went back to check the webite of the Canadian company I had been ordering from.  The price was much cheaper and I would have gotten more product.

I ordered a Klean Kanteen through a separate vendor only because I didn't know about HealthE Goods but the sippy bottle adapters came from HealthE Goods and were here way before the actual bottles were. I was very impressed with how quickly the product arrived and I've been very satisfied with the sippy top. My son has taken to the sippy from the Klean Kanteen with no problem and he's 14 months old. I feel confident that having it come from a store like HealthE Goods, I don't have to do the extra research to make sure its safe, I already have that peace of mind.

The quality of the water bottle is excellent.........in fact, excellent is the word to describe this online store..........I was so pleased with the speed of delivery,even at holiday time, and the packaging was very protective.  When I had to call with a question,the staff was pleasant,friendly and most helpful. I am very satisfied with HealthE Goods customer service.  I had a problem with an item and they never hesitated to do whatever it took to make it right.  I think consumers today look for companies with some customer serivce.  So having good customer service means alot.  I know that I will return to HealthE Goods for more products sold by them.  I will be looking for my replacement this week along with it a return label to send back the defective bottle.  I give them 5 Stars, they really appreciate their customers.

MISREPRESENTATION - HealthE Goods is selling a replacement item that only fits a "KLeen Lanteen" Stainless steel bottle. Unfortunately, they are labeling the item as a generic "Stainless Steel Drinking Bottle Cap."  At the time of my purchase, their vague description included verbiage that made it sound like it might fit a "Enviro" stainless steel bottle. It does not fit the  "Enviro Products" stainless steel bottle. The product description needs more detail. This reflects adversely on AMAZON, which is generally a great service.

I ordered by gift on Amazon on 13th and I didn't get the tracking # until 17th so I was worried but once I contacted them, they were promt to put my purchase on Fedex the day.  I received it on 18th!!

VERY DISAPPOINTED. I placed oder on 10/30/2008 and request expedited shipping.  They sent order confirmation on 10/31/2008.  Received a UPS tracking link.  Items did not ship until 11/4/2008 and I did not receive until 11/7/2008.  5 days until receipt and I paid over $16.00 in shipping. All items were received as ordered. I will most likely never order from this company again.

I received my package in a very timely manner and every thing was correct. The customer service even sent me an email with suggestion on how I could fix the squeaky cap after I posted a review and said that the cap was a bit squeaky. They were really helpful and the product is great. Trust me you won't be sorry if you buy this.

Provided comprehensive individualized nutritional information that negated the need for me to purchase one of their products about which I had requested information.  This type of honest customer service is so far and away unheard of.  They could have easily informed that I could try their product and see if it was helpful (as it clearly would not have harmed me - it was Manuka Honey), rather than letting me know that it was not really the right product for me. They spent concerted time crafting a response to me that provided really helpful information.  Remarkable company, remarkable customer service, honest, genuine, well-informed and downright kind!
