My name Is Robin Whitlowe.  I purchased 2 1 litre bottlewater holders.  I  searched everywhere and I had been unable to find the holders.  Healthegoods had the product at a great price.  I purchased 2 and I am going to purchase a few more.  The service was prompt and the product was great.  I would have provided the order number but I was unable to locate the number.

Ordered a sports cap for my kleen kanteen. It arrived promptly. Got a defective cap so emailed customer service. Their customer service rep. Tony asked me to try a remedy to see if it would help. Still had a problem so Tony emailed me that a new sports cap should arrive the next day. Wow, it did and the new sports cap works wonderfully. I'm so pleased with the quick response. Thanks Tony! I had a great buying experience with HealthE Goods.  Their customer service is wonderful.

I ordered 3 slings for Klean Kanteen bottles along with 3 bottles and then saw that there were insulated tote slings available and, even though, they were an eBay purchases HealthEGood very kindly cancelled the slings and allowed me to order the insulated totes.

When my order arrived there had been a mix up and I got the slings instead of the totes, but not a problem they very quickly sent the correct items along with a prepaid addressed postal label for easy return of the slings. :)

The length of time between ordering and receipt was days, so I considered it to be very quick.

I was totally impressed with HealthEGoods and their customer service.  They answered emails sometimes within in minutes.  (I had a few ;D)

HealthEGoods also has an excellent range of items.

I was definitely a high maintenance customer from hell, but they were wonderful.

I can most definitely recommend this merchant.  Note they also have an online store as well as the eBay location.

I bought some ReBar food bars from Health E Goods. Which, by the way, is a fabulous product. They mistakenly sent 1 too few boxes. I contacted them and they contacted me within a day. They were out of stock of the bars I had ordered, so they sent me a somewhat more expensive bar as a replacement at no extra charge. This sort of attention to giving the customer at least what is expected is what a good company does to make it great. Great products, prices, and most of all; great customer service! Thanks for making doing business easy and equitable.

The purchased goods (order 32939) were new, originally packed with instruction manual included. They were perfectly packed for shipping and sent immediately. Great customer service! Received wrong cap with Klean Kanteen bottle, but they called me personally and sent the correct one with a prepaid label to return the incorrect lid. Very courteous and fast!

I orderded two products that require refrigeration.  They were place in foil bubble wrap.  I'm concerned that this did not keep these products cold enough.

I ordered the same product from another company in the past and it was shipped with ice pack.  Also the other company was careful to ship only at the begining of the week so the package wouldn't be sitting over the weekend before delivery.  They even called me at home so I would know it was on the way so not to leave it in mail box.  These products have live bacteria in them and they need to be delt with sensitively.

These products were shipped on 4/9/09 and I didn't recieve them till 4/16/09. That was 7 days in just a foil bubble wrap.  These products did not feel cold to the touch.

I will have to try these products.  One is a six day treatment and the other is a 30 day treatment.  Then I have to wait and see if it has cured my problem.  Thats a long time to just wait and see.

Have you ever tried to buy a douche-bag?  Have you ever searched for this term on Google?  If you want to learn the origin of using that word as slang, you're in luck.  If you are in to the aparent uses of douche-enema kits in adventurous sex lives (well, that is to say more adventurous than mine), you're in luck.  But if you are just a woman with a freaking yeast infection looking to try some alternative remedies to curng it, you may be discouraged!  I was until I found HealthE Goods.  I mean, I'm pretty sure that there would be no difference in a douche-bag that comes in a boring box, and one that comes in a box with hot erotic images, but as it was my first douche-bag, I wasn't taking any chances.  The description of the product on HealthE Goods was detailed and let me know exactly what I was purchasing.  Now I've got my own tame/boring, douche-bag for my personal feminine hygiene needs.

Additionally, their customer support team is excellent.  My first purchase arrived quickly and I felt carefully attended to as a customer.

After reading the company profile while contemplating my purchase, I was absolutely delighted to patronize a company that has such a strong commitment to the environment and 'green' business ethic.  In this regard, HealthE Goods has set a standard that more companies should emulate.  Once I placed my order, I was very pleased to receive it three days after I ordered it when I didn't expect it for a week or more.  Everything arrived as ordered with an invoice and a hand signed note thanking me for my order from the individual that packaged it.  I also received a personalized follow-up email from HealthE Goods to be certain everything arrived as expected!  Every facet of my experience with HealthE Goods has been exceptional and I happily recommend them to anyone!

I ordered one 950 nutrients without iron by pure encapsulations for myself and a separate order for my dad.  Both were delivered promptly with no problems. I was so excited to find the light flea traps at HealthEGoods.  I was concerned that my flea problem would get out of control, between the order time and the time I received my order, but the turn around time was less than 3 days from putting items in my cart to delivery at my door.  The product works, the simple site is not flash heavy and I got what I needed.  I will definitely do business with them again!

I just placed my first order through Healthe Goods this week and it has been a pleasant online buying experience.  I ordered the Klean Kanteen 27oz and 12 oz sizes for my family and received my order promptly, actually 1 day after it shipped!  At this time they are offering Free Shipping with order of $75 or more.  I shopped around and they have competitive prices.  We did have a mix up with the caps of one of the Kanteens but it was rectified in less than 24 hours via email and they are now shipping out the correct item.  It appears to be a well run company with employees that truly care about customer service.  I highly recommend this vendor and plan to purchase through them in the future.
