I bought a Hudson Wood Garden Bench and it shipped super fast. The shipping was free which was a big selling point.  The bench looked great minus the 4 large cracks coming off of the front board where the screws had been tightened too tight.  
I contacted Hayneedle, I explained that I needed this bench by a certain date and that I could fix it myself if compensated or exchange it.  
Hayneedle responded with a prepaid FedEx return label and an email saying they refunded my card the full amount and would be more than happy to set up a replacement. 
I responded and said, I need this bench by the date mentioned earlier, will I receive the replacement by the?  Hayneedle said no.  They offered to give me a small discount and they meant exactly that, a small discount.  $20 off an originally $200 bench that showed up cracked (obviously was not shipping damage because of the 4 cracks coming from screws).  
I wish I had the time to exchange the bench so it would be in perfect shape but I was under a time constraint.  They did everything right, I guess I just wish they could have done more rather than sell me a defective product for 10% off retail.  
Give me $50+ and you would get 5 stars easily.  If this was shipping damage Hayneedle would still have gotten 5 stars.
