Seriously, the package took forever to arrive. About 13 days to be exact. I suppose this falls within the time span of delivery, but 13 days is kind of pushing it, at least in comparison to shipping times for other merchants. I was never able to track the order; my order status had only said "Open" for the entire 13 days. Wondering what that meant, I sent an e-mail to customer service and they said that when an order is "open" it means the shipment has not yet been processed. I took this to mean I'd have to wait even more for my order to get processed and actually shipped, and was pretty ticked at that. But then the next day my order came in the mail. Pretty irritating experience overall. I don't think I'll buy from this merchant again.

About the selection...as other websites have poked fun at, the products truly are quite cheesy, and in some cases downright disgusting. There are a few useful products that I wouldn't be embarrassed to have in my house, such as the recycling bags I bought and some nondescript kitchen organizers I saw on the online catalog. However, "specialty items" such as Face and Butt soap sets really tell you about the taste and caliber of Harriet Carter.
