Well, it's not something to write home about. I wasn't real impressed with the packaging of my items. Nothing was broke -it just didn't have the care and concern most places have for their customers products.

Also: last year I ordered a present for my brother in law from them (for Christmas). I waited and waited for it to arrive. As Christmas approached I inquired through email about the item. They said it was out of stock. Needless to say, I sent them an email that stated just how I felt about their lack of customer service. They hadn't told me that it was out of stock and I didn't have a present for my brother-in-law.

Right after that it wasn't but a couple of days later that arrived on my porch step. Go figure.

So, I received that item -but late. I purchased some knobs for my stovetop from them as well another time and they arrived scattered in a very large box along with a few other little products. They don't even fit right although they say they are for a gas stove -they don't turn. I have to take the knob off to turn it and then put it back on. I tossed out my originals because I received such pretty chrome ones. Who would have thought that they would not work?

The culk tape I ordered from them.... good lord, have mercy. They show in the picture as being easy and working to perfection. Yeah, riiiiiight. It didn't stay stuck and looked SLOPPY even though I put it on the way it was suppose to be put on. I tossed it out.

Some of the products are just gimmicks and the others are okay they just might not arrive on time.
